METHODS: From March 2004 to December 2006, 37 cases with Neer Ⅱ type distal clavicle fractures or Tossy Ⅲ type acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with titanium wiring in Changzheng Hospital, Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA.

选择2004-03/2006-12解放军第二军医大学长征医院运用钛缆固定治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位和NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折37例。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Clavicular hook-plate in treatment of distal clavicle fractures (Neer degree Ⅱ) and/or acromioclavicular joint dislocation (Tossy degree Ⅲ) in comparison with tension band fixation.

Methods Twenty-seven patients suffered from acromioclavicular disclocation （Tossy type Ⅱ 4 cases and type Ⅲ 23 cases）,4 patients with distal clavicular fracture and 7 with acromioclavicular dislocation combined with distal clavicular fracture were adimitted.All the patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with clavicular hook plate.

38例肩锁关节脱位和锁骨外侧端骨折，肩锁关节脱位27例，Tossy Ⅱ4例，Tossy Ⅲ23例；锁骨外侧端骨折4例，均为Neer Ⅱ；肩锁关节脱位合并锁骨外侧端骨折7例，均行手术治疗。
