In this paper the thymus DNA of calf and the pBs plasmid are the main objects of our studies in ultraweak luminescence. By means of PIAS(Photon-counting image acquisition), ultraweak luminescence detector and Lambda Bio 40 of UV/VIS spectrophotometer, we studied the UL of DNA induced by the three oxygen free radicals: singlet oxygen Oa, hydroxy radical and superoxide anion(O2 ). We found that the OH can greatly increase the UL intensity of DNA.

本论文以小牛胸腺DNA和质粒pBs为实验材料，利用光子图像探测系统(Photon-counting image acquistion，PIAS)、微弱发光测量仪和UV／VIS分光光度计和生物统计学的成组比较法原理对单线态氧(~1O_2)、羟自由基、超氧阴离子(O_2~-)三种氧自由基诱导DNA超弱发光的变化过程进行了研究，结果发现这三种氧自由基中·OH能诱导DNA的超弱发光发生显著的增强变化，而其他两种氧自由基对DNA的超弱发光并无显著诱导作用。

Open Linear Encoder includes main grating scale and optical encoder head. This optical encoder head includes LED light source, optical detector module, and secondary phase-grating. The details are in the following: On uncooled microbolometer infrared focal plane aspect: first, the work principle of microbolometer, manufacturing technology of microbolometer infrared focal plane, temperature balance equation of microbolometer detector are analyzed. The performance of microbolometer detector is predicted by model. Second, the infrared focal plane is the core of infrared system, whose quality can determine the performance of the system. It is the precondition that the high quality of every detective unit maintains the qualification of the focal plane. The even degree of detective units has great influence on imaging characters if the other characters of detective units are normal.

本文以非致冷微测辐射热计红外成像系统为对象，从焦平面特性、图像处理和红外系统应用方面展开分析、研究，具体内容如下；在微测辐射热计红外焦平面方面，首先分析了微测辐射热计的工作原理、微测辐射热计红外焦平面的工艺制作、微测辐射热计探测单元的温度平衡方程，根据有关参数对其特性进行建模预测；其次，红外焦平面是红外系统的核心，它的质量的好坏直接决定系统性能，因此保证其各探测单元的高性能是维护焦平面品质的前提，在探测单元其它特性正常的情况下，各探测单元之间特性的均匀程度对系统成像性能有极大影响，为此本文提出自适应滤波多项式焦平面非均匀性校正算法从软件角度解决焦平面的固有的噪声问题。

A series of computer vision algorithms applied in the research is developed. The formation of gray level image and digital image are described. An image enhancement algorithm based on the histogram transformation is developed to improve the sight effect. A fast edge detector with simple structure is designed. A Laplacian-of-Gaussian filter is designed to simulate the visual properties of the human eyes. A corresponding edge detecting template is presented and the detecting results are discussed.
