In this article, we have been investigated that synthesizing and properties of shape memory polyurethane. The shape memory polyurethane was synthesized from PCL diol, MDI(4, 4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and BDO (1,4-butanediol) in this experiment. We analyzed that the effect of differential mole ratio of monomers to synthesized SMPU. Besides, the various concentrations of Nano-silver were mixed with SMPU. Mechanical properties and shape memory behavior of SMPU nanocomposite films were investigated.

本研究目的为藉由改变4，4'-二苯甲基二异氰酸盐(4，4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate， MDI)/聚己内酯二元醇(polycaprolactone diol， PCL diol)/1，4-丁二醇(1，4-butanediol， BDO)等不同莫耳比制备形状记忆型聚氨基甲酸酯(Shape Memory Polyurethane， SMPU)；并探讨改变不同单体莫耳比及添加不同浓度奈米银溶液对其物性及形状记忆性的影响。

The second part makes an innovative study of the soul of traditional Chinese graphics in the respect of "shape","essence", and "implication". The first element to be emphasized is "shape", which is mainly concerned with lineal designs and convolute designs in traditional graphics, the main two ethical factors employed in traditional Chinese design. The "shape" is a relatively complete and minute system. What is included in "essence" is to convey the effect of lucency and artistic conception in traditional plastic art, which embodies traditional Chinese philosophy and its aesthetic taste. The "implication" part makes a detailed analysis of the informative function of the particular ethical graphics from the perspective of disseminative theory. The third part is my application of the three elements in designing.

第二部分是本文的创新之处，分别从&形&、&神&、&意&三方面对传统图形的精髓进行探讨，&形&主要提取了传统造型元素中的线和具有中国民族风格的构成形式——回旋形进行着重分析，有较为详细而完整的结构体系；&神&主要结合中国的传统哲学和审美思想对中国传统造型所追求的空灵、意境进行论述，&意&主要从传播学的角度对传统图形所特有的民族信息传达功能进行分析研究。

Method］twelve cases with extremities invasion bone tumor were reviewed,including 6 male and 6 female.the average age was 37.1 years old.according to the mri,typeⅰtumor located in metaphysic and growth eccentricity,and was treated with outside tumor osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of "匚".type ⅱ tumor was with invasion part articular surface,and was operated with part joint osteotomy with reservation of one side as integumentale,the cut line was shape of"l".type ⅲ was with invasion total joint surface and as integmentale,all tumor segment including joint could be cut,but the shape of cut close to the diaphysis was echelonment.

方法］12例侵袭性骨肿瘤患者男6例，女6例；平均年龄37.1岁。根据mri表现选择不同截骨方法，ⅰ型肿瘤位于干骺端偏心性生长，采用保留一侧皮质骨的肿瘤外截骨，截骨线呈&匚&形。ⅱ型病例肿瘤侵蚀部分关节面，采用保留一侧皮质的部分关节截骨，截骨线呈&l&形。ⅲ型病例肿瘤侵蚀整个关节面和骨皮质，可切除包括关节在内的整个瘤段骨，只是近骨干侧截骨呈阶梯状。

This thesis investigates the profile extraction and shape optimization on the result of topology optimization of planar compliant mechanisms. The main context includes the following work:(1) summarizing and analyzing the recent research status, some harvest and unsolved problems;(2) analyzing the conceptual design of planar path-generating compliant mechanisms and its mathematical model and tools;(3) Modifying the method of density contour as the method of profile extraction, and developing a method to optimize the density function in the profile extraction according to the requirement of the design of compliant mechanism;(4) developing a method to abstract the compliant mechanism into a form of links and joints by using the principle of connectivity on topology;(5) developing a method of shape optimization of planar path-generating compliant mechanisms, by representing the profile of the abstracted compliant mechanism as simple curves such as straight lines and arcs, establishing the models of the size optimization of the parameters of these curves, so that the compliant mechanism has a machinable shape;(6) At last, proving the feasibleness and effectiveness of the design method by making simulation design and validating it in FEA software.

主要工作包括：(1)分析了柔顺机构拓扑优化和形状优化的研究现状，分析了目前柔顺机构的研究重点、主要成果和尚未解决的问题；(2)分析了基于SIMP的柔顺机构概念设计方法及其相关工具和模型；(3)针对柔顺机构轮廓提取的特殊要求，提出了密度等值线法的改进方案，对密度函数插值点密度值进行优化，提出优化模型和选择优化算法；(4)根据轨迹输出平面全柔顺机构自身的形状特点，提出了轨迹输出平面全柔顺机构的抽象方法，即应用拓扑学上的连通性原理将柔顺机构抽象成杆件和结点形式，并对相应的数学原理进行了证明；(5)提出了平面全柔顺机构的形状还原和尺寸优化方法，对抽象的柔顺机构进行还原，将其轮廓还原成简单曲线的连接，从而建立尺寸优化模型，对机构进行尺寸优化设计，在得到可加工的机构轮廓的同时又能对关键部位进行特别处理；(6)进行了柔顺机构的数值仿真设计，并将所得设计结果导入商用有限元软件中进行仿真实验，证明了设计方法的可行性和有效性。

According to all-around investigating on wild Lonicera fragrantissima in various mountainous areas of Henan Province, this article has maken clear Lonicera fragrantissima regional distribution, Total resources quantity, biologic characteristics, ecologic characteristics, natural distribution patterns, the value of development and utilization, using form, cuttage and breeding technology, the collection and protection of wild idioplasmic resources and so on. It detailedly describes wild resources distribution, biologic characteristics and ecologic characteristics. It has classified and selected a batch of superior trees according to the differences in fruits shape, fruits color, leaf shape and shape of the crown of trees. It has based on the nutrition and medication ingredient analyzed the using methods of fruits and leaves, and the way of exploitation.Through the experiment on Lonicera fragrantissima cuttage and breeding technology, transplant and domestication technology, it has provided the concrete technical measure of idioplasmic resources use and the preservation for Lonicera fragrantissima.

本文通过对河南省各山区野生郁香忍冬资源的全面调查与研究，摸清全省郁香忍冬资源的区域分布、资源总量、生物学特性、生态学特性、自然类型与经济性状、郁香忍冬的开发利用价值、利用形式、扦插育苗技术和野生种质资源收集保存与保护方法措施等，对河南省郁香忍冬野生资源的分布，生物学特性、生态学特性进行详细描述总结；根据果形、果色、叶形、冠形的差异性进行了类型划分，并选出了一批优树；根据果实、叶片中的营养与药用成分分析、果、叶利用方法研究，分析了其开发利用途径，并开展了郁香忍冬扦插育苗试验和苗木移栽训化试验，为郁香忍冬种质资源利用和保存提供了具体技术措施，其主要结果如下： 1、郁香忍冬属中性偏阳的低矮灌木树种，在灌木坡上当其处于上层空间时或纯林分布时，生长最好。

The basic principle is that basic geometry shape of openings in the photo is revised; the image can't be distortion by use of projection reconstruction; the corrected image is exerted by open operation and close operation of gray-image; the shape of openings is gained lastly. The perimeter borderline of openings shape is extracted. The quantity of overbreak as well as underbreak is gained by comparing to extracted perimeter and designed perimeter. The same method is applied to other opening sections. Evaluation of overbreak as well as underbreak in the openings can be easily solved in the way of quantitative.

其基本原理是：对野外摄取的洞室的基本剖面形状进行几何校正，然后应用图像学中的投影重建方法使图像不失真，对修正后的图像实行灰度图像的开操作和闭操作运算，得到洞室的基本形状，然后用图像学中的边界提取技术提取洞室的周边界，与洞室的设计形状对比分析，得到洞室在该断面上的超欠挖方量，然后对其它断面采用同样的技术就可评价某一段或整个洞室的超欠挖数量，从定量的角度解决了工程中的超欠挖评价问题。
