Methods 48 patients (95 eyes) of open angle glaucoma were examined with poly-static quantitative perimetry ［Friedmann visual field analyzer］ and dynamic perimetry respectively.

RESULTS The occurrence and area of alpha zone atrophy andthe area of total peripapillary atrophy was higher and bigger in glaucoma group than in control group.

结果 (1)α带发生率与面积、PPA总面积青光眼组均比对照组大(分别为：x~2=7.446，p=0.006；t=4.332，p=0.000；t=1.979，p=0.050)，β带发生率与面积两组无统计学差异。

There was no difference in the areas of alpha zone atrophy and total peripapillary atrophy between POAG and NTG eyes. There was no significant difference in the occurrence and area of beta zone atrophy among the three types of glaucoma.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the reproducibility of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and ganglion cell complex measurements made with the RTVue-100 Fourier-domain optical coherence tomography device (Optovue, Inc., Fremont, CA) and to determine the influence of 4 factors: pupil dilation, subject age, experience in imaging examinations, and glaucoma severity.

RESULTS: One case with epiretinal membrane of macula,4 cases with eye fundus arterioscleresis,3 cases with diabetic retinopathy,1 case with retinitis pigmentosa,3 cases with choroidal atrophy,2 cases with macula degeneration,2 cases with branch retinal vein occlusion,1 case with periphlebitis were found in the glaucoma patients by panoramic 200,the disease rate: 13.6%;All diseases were confirmed by indirective ophthalmoscope.
