The stabilities of the extract from sanguisorba under different pH, light, heat, ultraviolet ray, oxidant, reducing agent and additive agents were studied. It was indicated the products could widely used in the condition of weak acid or neutral, while they were not stable to heat and light, so they should be used without light and at low temperature.
