Enzyme activity assay of rice HPLBased on the method of measure HPL Enzyme activity in other plants, the means on preparation of hydroperoxides and measurement rice HPL activity were set up. The 9-HPL arid 13-HPL activity of several rice varieties with different storability and different dormancy were tested.

本试验建立了水稻的HPL酶活性测定体系，测定了水稻萌发过程中的HPL酶活性，并进行了水稻HPL基因的克隆及表达研究，结果如下： 1、水稻HPL的酶活性测定在参考其它植物HPL酶活性测定方法的基础上，建立了水稻的HPL底物发生体系和酶活性测定体系，并测定了不同贮藏性水稻品种萌发过程中的种胚9-HPL、13-HPL活性和不同休眠性水稻品种种子的9-HPL、13-HPL酶活性。

This thesis has carried on some new explorations and researches in following three aspects: A. researching the combination course between rites and penalty law, we focus on the juristic basis, the legislation and the judicative practice in Chinese ancient times, and then gave three-dimensional demonstrations; B. we draw our conclusion about the nature of the syncretism of rites and penalty through paying attention on the interactivity of rites and penalty, not only on the unilateralism of them; C. we discuss on the value orientation of the syncretism of rites and penalty by comparing rites with penalty, which was determined by rank, patriarchal clan system, ethicality and sociality.

本论文在以下三个方面进行了一些新的探索和认识：在探索礼刑结合的过程中力图从思想层面的法理认识、立法层面的法律规范和实践层面的司法活动三个方面的结合分析中，形成立体化的论述；在认识礼刑结合的本质上，强调"礼"与"刑"的互动性，而不拘泥于传统的儒家思想改造刑律的单向化描述；在认识礼刑结合的价值取向上，从"礼"与"刑"的异同出发，点破了礼刑结合的价值取向在于等级性、宗法性、伦理性和社会性。

I think on one hand, if income inequality is too large in one country, its government has to adjust it, which is detrimental for the investors' disposing ability on their returns of investment. Then the incentive on investment decrease and economic growth will be undermined. On the other hand, if the income gap becomes larger and larger, the social wealth will be focus on the minor wealthy people, which cause a lower effective demand. This is because that the consumption of high incomer will be limited by their physiology limitation, their expenditure of consumption will eventually decrease and the large part of their income will not transform into consumption.

笔者认为：一方面，如果一个国家收入差距过大，则该国势必加强对其居民收入分配进行调节，那么这一地区投资者对投资回报的私人处理能力会受到损害，因宄而投资激励降低，经济增长受到损害；另一方面，如果一国收入差距越来越大，那么这个国家的财富会向少数人手里集中，将会引起这个国家的有效需求的降低。

In term of analysis and comparison of differences on ornamental plants among UPOV 1991 and 1978 Convention, and Chinese Regulation on PVP, this paper focus on the specialty of PVP for asexual fruit crops and ornamental plants, and feasibility and advantage of UPOV 1991 Convention to them, such as essentially derived variety and farmers' privilege. Meanwhile, based on present situation of flower Industry development, breeding and creation, and world trade of floricultural crops, the author points out the opportunity and challenge of flower Industry development in China, and proposes a strategy of IPR and PVP on Chinese flower industry.

本文在分析对比 UPOV 公约1991年、1978年文本和我国《植物新品种保护条例》的主要区别及其在观赏植物适用方面存在诸多差异的基础上，重点探讨了无性繁殖花卉和果树类植物新品种保护的特点以及 UPOV 公约1991年文本对这些特点进行的适用性修改与完善，主要表现在实质性派生品种和农民豁免权方面；结合我国的观赏植物育种、花卉产业发展与花卉国际贸易现状，详细解析了知识产权战略与新品种保护制度给花卉业发展带来的机遇与挑战；在此条件下，提出我们自己的应对策略。

The second part of the thesis consists of three chapters, which focus on arguing for the rationality of "the unverifiable value judgment" from three points, the verification on the value judgment and emotion, the verification on value judgment and the language logic and the verification on the value judgment and rationality.
