Group of finite element analysis was divided into 2 kinds(compact bone and cancellated bone ), 10, 50, 100, 200, 400 kinds of material attributes groups based on the gray value. All models were assigned with material attributes and tested in ansys for mechanics datas of nodes on surface of femoral neck. In group of biomechanical testing, twelve specimens of femoral superior segment were treated with compressed testing to harvest mechanics datas of measuring point same as that of group of finite element analysis. Results One-Way ANOVA showed as follows.

Methods One normal adult male was choosed, and his left elbow joint performed in pronation and extention position was scanned by spinal CT, and the two-dimensional image was dealed with Mimics 1 0 software, the three-dimensional finite element model was built up by Abaqus 6.7 software. In this paper, the research object is the XM18 spherical generator, in order to improve the dynamic behavior of the machine tool, the following aspects have been studied in this thesis: Firstly, based on the elasticity theory and finite element analysis theory, the finite element models of the lathe bed, dovetail, dovetail shelf, headstock, fanlike plank and millhead shelf, which were the main parts of the spherical generator, were built up using ANSYS9.0. And based on the modal analysis theory and FEM technology, the free modal and the constrained modal analysis of the main parts were studied. Accordance to the analytical results, put forword methods to optimize the key parts.

The results of numerical analysis show that the elastic modular and the poisson ratio have no effect on two-dimensional bearing capacity, but can affect the ultimate bearing capacity of three-dimensional foundations and control the convergence and precision of finite element calculation; the earth pressure coefficient controls the geostatic stress of foundation, sequentially affects the ultimate bearing capacity of foundations and the convergence of numerical calculation. When calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of undrained saturated foundation, the complete formulation exists shear locking, and reduce formulation exists hourglassing, so the hybrid formulation is suitable to imitate the geomaterial. When the soil obeys nonrelevent flow rule, the yielding function is different from potential function, and the elastic-plastic matrix of soil is asymmetric, so the unsymmetry numerical solver and appropriate finite element mesh is required.

Directly reading the 210-layer of 0.65-mm-thick consecutive CT Dicom format images of human body thoracolumbar making use of 0.625-mm isotropous resolution thin layer scanning technique into the Mimics. Defining bone organization threshold, withdrawing each outline, partitioning each edge of layer picture, edited selectively and repaired by hole processing. After a redundancy data was cleaned, the thoracolumbar 3-D finite element geometry model was acquired. Then area mesh could be kept as the document Ansys named .lis as the suffix and be introduced into Ansys software directly to mesh body, and then transferred the body mesh to mimics to assignment son the basis of CT values, once again import Ansys to establish 3-D finite element model.

Analysis shows that the proposed modeling method has the following advantages,(1) the aircraft or component geometry is approximated by finite element patches, which may well reflect the reality,(2) the liquid model is considered,(3) critical and noncritical component are modeled separately, so as to reduce the human errors, and (4) it has good interface with the commonly used finite element modeling software, which may reduce the repetitive work.
