Results 73 differentially expressed protein peaks were found between SLE patients and normal controls (P＜0.05), in which, 44 peaks had very significant difference (P＜0.01). Detection model of protein mass spectrometry (10542 Da m/z and 2554 Da m/z) was set up by ZUCIPDAS software with the discriminate rate and accuracy rate as 100%, which could distinguish the sample from SLE and normal persons. 10542 Da protein expression peak missed in SLE might be the mixed protein fragments peak of HLA gene family, while the 2554 Da protein expression peak might be a SLE-specific unknown protein.
