Low level radwaste disposal problems are complex. Many important issue, such as radionuclide migration in the geosphere, must be carefully evaluated before making decision. This project will explore the use of a hydrogeological decision support system for solving these complex problems. The system will integrate hydrogeological analysis tools, geographic information system, mathematical models, stochastic and statistic methods, graphical interface, and decision system. By using the system, it is expected that many different alternatives can be efficiently analyzed and evaluated, and results can be presented much more effective to decision makers, while compared with the conventional presentation. Basing on the prototype system developed in the last two years, this project will integrate more analysis tools and improve the functions of the system.

Using Field single ignition experiments of the four unconfined volume dispersion and small dosage solid FAE and TNT bombs experiments, we got the peak overpressures of solid FAE at different distances. Compared with TNT, The overpressure of FAE is 1.14~1.6 times higher than that of the TNT. Based on the theory of the air shock wave overpressure, the FAE relativity TNT mass is evaluated. At the edge of the explosive field, the number is 3.88. Pictures of high speed photography indicate that the duration and the most effect area of the FAE and TNT. Compared with TNT, obviously the FAE has more advantages. And, based on the theory of the critical concentration of dust explosion, the radius of dust explosive zone is evaluated. The phenomenon that the overpressure decays rapidly with distance is analyzed. It is suggested that the explosive temperature should be increased as the main approach to improve the FAE explosive capability in the condition when the over pressure is invariable.

通过四组无约束固态燃料空气炸药装置与等质量的TNT在野外开放空间的一次起爆对比实验，测得了不同配方组份FAE装置在不同距离的爆炸超压分布，FAE装置峰值超压比相同距离的TNT高1.14-1.6倍；并运用空气冲击波峰值超压公式计算出了FAE的等效爆炸TNT当量随距离的变化关系，在爆炸场边缘区，FAE装置爆炸当量达到了3.88倍TNT当量；通过高速摄影的图片得到了爆炸产生火球的持续时间和最大作用范围，与等质量TNT爆炸火球相比，FAE的优势明显；运用粉尘爆炸下极限浓度估算了云雾爆轰区半径，并分析了测量到的固态FAE爆炸场的压力分布单调衰减的原因；建议在保持超压不变的情况下，把提高爆温作为提高FAE爆炸性能的主要途径。

Besides, seakeeping motions in regular waves are calculated by nonlinear strip theory, and that in short-crested irregular waves are evaluated by applying the principle of linear superposition. Abstract］ objective to observe the clinical value of botulinus toxin a on the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy for children.methods thirty children were injected with bta for spasticity treatment,the dosage was 2～5 u/kg; the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by physician rating scale and dystonia was evaluated by improved ashworth and the result was done with statistical analysis.results 29 cases was obviously improved in symptoms after injection.no obvious side effects were found during and after injection.conclusion btx-a proves to be a simple,safe and effective method in the treatment of the spastic cerebral palsy.in short,it is a useful therapeutic option.

目的 探讨a型肉毒毒素对痉挛性小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法根据纳入标准，选择30例患儿作为观察对象，采用bta肌肉注射，剂量为2～5 u/kg。疗效评定：肌张力采用改良的ashworth法评价、prs评分，并进行统计学处理。结果 29例治疗后较治疗前症状明显改善，其prs指标治疗前后比较差异显著（p.01）；按ashworth分级，30例中，治疗前最高5级，最低2级，平均4级。注射后除一例无效外，肌张力降为最高4级，最低1级，平均2级。治疗中及治疗后无明显副作用发生。结论 bta治疗痉挛性小儿脑瘫，副作用小，方法简单，刺激性小，维持有效时间长。bta是改善小儿脑瘫肌痉挛和肢体功能的一种实用性的治疗选择。
