125I seeds interstitial brachytherapy is a new kind of method to treat with malignant tumors. The aim of the experimental research through animals is to investigate the therapeutic effect and the pathological changes on rabbits' VX_2 liver tumor treated with ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy and percutaneous ethanol injection under CT guidance. We aim to identify the therapeutic effect and the criterion of ~(125)I seeds radiant activity selection, optimize the therapeutic regimen, investigate the tissue damage, its' prothetic time and the relationship between time and dosage effect, and approach to provide fundamental theories for ~(125)I seeds clinical using and arrive at the best dosage range of ~(125)I seeds interstitial brachytherapy. And it can become a new and effective kind of therapies to be applied for the clinical treatment to mid-advanced stage and recurring liver tumor.

放射性粒子组织间植入是肿瘤治疗的一种新方法，本研究通过动物实验探讨CT导引下瘤体内~(125)I粒子植入治疗，以及~(125)I粒子组织间植入联合经皮乙醇注射综合治疗兔VX_2肝转移癌的疗效及其病理基础，确证~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗肝癌的有效性，确定治疗高度恶性肿瘤的粒子选用标准和最佳治疗方案，同时探索~(125)I粒子在家兔肝脏组织间植入内照射后放射损伤和修复的变化及其时间与剂量效应的关系，提出临床应用~(125)I粒子组织间植入治疗的最佳剂量范围，为该疗法在实际应用中合理化治疗方案的取得提供理论依据，并为临床中晚期及复发肝癌的治疗提供一种新颖、有效的手段。

Through simulation of the real process of thomcolumbar burst fracture and use of modem dynamics techniques, the present study was (1) to investigate the kinetic relationship between structural damage and impact energy absorption and dynamics mechanism of thoracolumbar burst fracture by quantitative analysis of various injured segments;(2) to explore the instability mechanism of L1 vertebral burst fracture and its injury threshold by three-dimensional analysis of the injured segment with stereophotogrammetry in combination of transient physical parameters, anatomy and image;(3) to explore the corresponding relationships between impact energy, geometry parameters and biomechanics by geometry and biomechanical analysis of thoracolumbar burst fracture, which may provide an objective standard for evaluation of spinal injury severity and experimental evidence for adoption of biomechanical treatment in clinic;(4) to evaluate the fixation effect of different instruments and the effect of intervertebral bone graft on segment fixation by analysis of the threedimensional stability of different internal fixation instruments and their decompression of the spinal canal, which may provide experimental evidence for therapeutical selection for thoracolumbar burst fracture in future; and finally to investigate the effect of various instrument fixation on dynamical characteristics by comparison and quantitative analysis of frequency and amplitude responses, which may provide certain theories and experimental evidence for application of vibration test to judge the stability of the spine.

The effects of solution\'s pH value, mol ratio between phenyl aldehyde and L-Arginine, concentrations of sodium chloride, ammonia chloride andL-Lystine, initial concentration of L-Arginine on precipitation rate of a -tolylene arginine were investigated, the results indicated that phenyl aldehyde precipitation method\'s appropriate pH value was higher than 11, suitable mol ratio between phenyl aldehyde and L-Arginine was 1.25, initial concentration of L-Arginine was must higher than 15g/L, sodium chloride had little effect on precipitation rate, on the contrary, ammonia chloride and L-Lystine had great effect on it, both of them must be eliminated; At the same time, adsorption isotherm at 25 C of L-Lystine on anion exchange resin A was measured, the result showed that the maximal equilibrium adsorbance was 30mg/g, the influences of solution\'s pH value, temperature, concentration of chloride ion on adsorption of L-Lystine by anion exchange resin A were also studied, the results indicated that appropriate operational pH value was 0.5 0.2, the effect of temperature on adsorption ratio was little, process could be operated at room temperature, the concentration of chloride ion must be eliminated.
