Drug sensitive test and three-dimensional test220 strains of Pa were isolated from hospitalized patients between 2003 and 2007. K-B method was used to tested the susceptibility of 10 different antibiotics. Three dimensional (3D) honeycomb-like porous structures made up of nanoslices of hydroxy cupric phosphate heptahydrate Cu8(PO3OH2(PO4)4·7H2O single crystals were constructed by a facile assistant surface oxidation technology. The pore size of the 3D structure ranges from hundreds of nanometers to two micrometers, and the thickness of the two dimensional (2D) nanoslices is about 50~100 nm. Using packing saturation rule we calculated and analyzed these series of complexes, and the results showed that the changes of complexes with changes of ligands could be explained from the rule.
