In the present study, the changes in iNOS activity in spleen of rats under predator stress were studied to explore the role of iNOS in the decreased immunoactivity of the stressed rats. The changes in iNOS were observed with immunobistochemical method, and the contents of NOS and NO in spleen with biochemical method.
