Thirty-six rats ,weighing(250±10)g, were randomly divided into normal group, experimental group and control group.Orthodontical devices were put between the upper incisor teeth and dens molaris in both experimental group and control group.The corrective force was adjusted to 60g.Salvia miltiorrhiza combination was implanted to each rat in the experimental group every day.The animals of both experimental group and control group were killed at 7,14 and 21 days.The upper dens malarias and periodontal tissue slices were observed under the light microscope and transmission electro microscope,and the X-ray dental films were taken and measured with digitization dental scanning apparatus and its software.

Results: The age of onset, the proportion of smoke, the proportion of cough, expectoration, polypnea, cyanosis, rhonchi and moist rale in two lungs were higher in OS patients than OSAS group, the level of body mass index, neck circumference, the proportion of polypnea, nighttime snore, nighttime apnea, daytime hypersomnolence were higher in OS patients than COPD group, the proportion of heart、pulmonary、kidney、 encephalopathy were higher in OS patients than OSAS group and COPD group, FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MVV, PaO2, SaO2 were lower in OS patients than OSAS group, FRC, PaCO2 were higher in OS patients than OSAS group, AHI was inversely related to the FEV1, FVC, MVV in Group OS, LSaO2 in Group OS was inversely related to the AHI.

结果：OS组的发病年龄、吸烟者比例、咳嗽咳痰、气促、紫绀、肺罗音比例均高于OSAS组，BMI、NC、夜间打鼾、夜间呼吸暂停、白天嗜睡的比例均高于COPD组；OS组合并心、肺、肾、脑等疾病的比例均高于OSAS组及COPD组；OS组的FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MVV、PaO2、SaO2的值均低于OSAS组，FRC、PaCO2均高于OSAS组；OS组AHI与FEV1、FVC、MVV呈负相关，LSaO2与AHI呈负相关，LSaO2与FEV1、FVC、MVV呈正相关；OS组的最长呼吸暂停时间、S1+2、NREM均高于OSAS组，而LSaO2、REM均低于OSAS组，AHI、最长呼吸暂停时间、S1+2均高于COPD组，LSaO2、S3+4均低于COPD组。

objective to compare four postoperative nasal packing materials.methods total 136 patients,80 cases with chronic sinus it is and under went endoscopic sinussurgery,were randomly packed using four different hae mostasis materials.in which,paraffin gauze group was 40 cases,rapid sorbalgon group 27 cases,merocel group 36 cases and gel knit group 31 cases.the packing materials wereemoved after left for 24 hours to 48 hours.the efficacy of nasal packing materials was asassessed interm of the levels of nasal pain or headache in the leaving period and nasal bleeding after removal of nasal packing.results the in cidence rate of nasal pain or headache respectively was 82.5% in paraffin gauze group,44.4% in merocel,11.1% in sorbalgon and 3.2% in gel knit.the significant statistical difference was observedbetween the four groups (χ2=70.21,p.01).the incidence rate of nasal bleeding after removed was 85%,11.1%,41.7% and 9.7% respectively.the statistical difference was also significant (χ2=54.28,p.01).conclusions the choosing of postoperative na sal packing after functional endoscopic sinus sur gey depends on various factors,gel knit has much advantages and can be used as routine packs after fess.

摘 要］目的：比较四种鼻腔填塞材料的疗效，指导临床选择合适的术后鼻内填塞物。方法：对134例慢性鼻窦炎分别采用凡士林纱条(40例)、藻酸钙纤维(sorbalgon，27例)、膨胀海绵(merocel，36例)和瑞纳凝胶快速止血材料(gel knit，31例)四种材料填塞鼻腔，24 h～48 h取出填塞物，根据填塞后鼻腔胀痛、头痛程度，取出填塞物后鼻腔出血程度等评价疗效。结果：凡士林纱条填塞组，82.5%有鼻腔胀痛或头痛；sorbalgon藻酸钙纤维组11.1%；merocel组44.4%；gel knit组3.2%，四组比较差异非常显著(χ2=70.21，p.01)。取出填塞物后鼻腔再出血分别为85%，11.1%，41.7%和9.7%，四组比较差异非常显著(χ2=54.28，p.01)。结论：鼻内镜手术时，应综合考虑诸方面因素合理选用术后填塞物。瑞纳优势较为全面，可作为鼻内镜手术的常规填塞材料。

Results The learning and memory ability of experimental group was better than that in saline control group (P＜0.01), but there was no significant difference between experimental group and normal control group (P＞0.05).There was significant difference in cytochrome C of hippocamp and frontal lobe between saline control group and the other groups (P＜0.01).The expression of cytochrome C in hippocamp was higher than that in frontal lobe of experimental groups.

We confirmed that Prol2Ala had no difference in control case,diabetic nephropathy group and diabete group,In diabetic group and diabetic nephropathy group, Ala carriers compared to noncarrier all kinds of biochemical indicators were not different,Prol2Ala did not have association with diabete and diabetic nephropathy. But because of the sample size was small, weneeded a biger sample to confirm the results.

PPARγ激动剂对糖尿病肾病具有明显的保护作用，保护作用的机制是多方面的，除了改善糖脂代谢，降低血压外，还具有保护小血管内皮，改善凝血和纤溶系统活性，抗炎症等多方面的作用，且作用随着用药时间的延长而日趋明显，在疾病的早期应用效果更佳，故提倡早期用药；对伴有慢性肾功不全的患者，罗格列酮对肾脏靶器官的保护作用显现的并不明显，但副作用与对照组无明显差异，不用根据肾功情况调整用药，但由于样本量较小，上述结论尚需大样本进行进一步证实；本实验研究得出Prol2Ala变异在健康对照组、糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组均无显著差异，糖尿病组及糖尿病肾病组临床各生化指标与Prol2Ala变异亦无相关性，Prol2Ala与糖尿病及糖尿病肾病不相关。
