The results showed that in evaluation of the method by detecting 50 RHD 1227A positive and 50 RHD 1227A negative individuals, the genotyping method displayed a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 100%; in evaluation of the method by detecting 33 DEL positive and 89 DEL negative individuals, the sensitivity was 100%, however, there were two serologically negative samples which were confirmed as positive using genotyping method. After re-testing these two samples with serological method and sequence analysis, it was found that original serological method gave false negative results and genotyping method still showed 100% specificity. The minimal target DNA concentration of this genotyping method is 8.13 ng/μl.

结果表明：在50例RHD 1227A阳性和50例RHD 1227A阴性的Rh阴性样本中基因分型方法的灵敏度和特异性都是100％；在33例DEL阳性样本和89例DEL阴性的样本中，基因分型方法的灵敏度为100％，有2例样本血清学结果为阴性而基因分型结果为阳性，重新用血清学方法和序列分析方法复核这2例样本，发现2例都是血清学漏检，因而基因分型方法的特异性是100％。

The national defence basic project as background and the dynamic model of cotrolled transfer matrix for multiple launch rocket was created in order to reduce the initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The causes that affect the angle change of orientation locator were analyzed by the engineering system dynamic theory base on multibody system transfer matrix method. The simulation of dispersion for multiple launch rocket was implementation, and the affect law between the angle of elevation and side deflection and the control parameters was acquired. The control module was installed on the orientation locator of multiple rocket launcher to control the initial disturbance of rocket that provide new method and theory base and show the engineering system dynamic base on the multibody system transfer matrix method is effective.

Among used machine learning methods, the gradient descent method is widely used to train various classifiers, such as Back-propagation neural network and linear text classifier. However, the gradient descent method is easily trapped into a local minimum and slowly converges. Thus, this study presents a gradient forecasting search method based on prediction methods to enhance the performance of the gradient descent method in order to develop a more efficient and precise machine learning method for Web mining.However, a prediction method with few sample data items and precise forecasting ability is a key issue to the gradient forecasting search method. Applying statistic-based prediction methods to implement GFSM is unsuitable because they require a large number of data items to model a prediction model. In the contrast with statistic-based prediction methods, GM(1,1) grey prediction model does not need a large number of data items to build a prediction model, and it has low computational load. However, the original GM(1,1) grey prediction model uses a mathematical hypothesis and approximation to transform a continuous differential equation into a discrete difference equation in order to model a forecasting model.
