Postoperative pathdogic:75 were liver cell carcinoma,7 were carcinoma of bileduct.one case with postoperative hemorrhea,hemostated by reoperation.3 patients with biliary fistula,2 cases were cured by drainage,1 case was cured by ERCP.

术后病理诊断为肝细胞癌75例、胆管细胞癌7例。本组术后近期出血1例，再次手术止血；胆瘘3例，2例行腹腔引流治愈，1例行ERCP置管引流治愈；无手术死亡。

Result: all the 82 cases,15 were treated with right hemihepatectomy,26 with left hemihepatectomy,10 with quadrate lobectomy,7 with right posterior lobectomy,24 with localization lobectomy.postoperative pathdogic:75 were liver cell carcinoma,7 were carcinoma of bileduct.one case with postoperative hemorrhea,hemostated by reoperation.3 patients with biliary fistula,2 cases were cured by drainage,1 case was cured by ercp.no one died in operation.10(12.2%) died in half year,27(32.9%) died in one year.conclusion: control the indication and amount of heratectomy,contral hemorrhea,treat incised wound of liver correctly and prevent postoperative complications ,that can guarantee the effect of hepatectomy.

结果：右半肝切除15例、左半肝切除26例、肝中叶切除10例、肝右后叶切除7例、肝局部切除24例。术后病理诊断为肝细胞癌75例、胆管细胞癌7例。本组术后近期出血1例，再次手术止血；胆瘘3例，2例行腹腔引流治愈，1例行ercp置管引流治愈；无手术死亡。术后半年内死亡10例（12.2%），1年内死亡27例（32.9%），余45例现均存活。结论：掌握肝切除手术指征及肝切除量、严格控制术中肝出血、正确处理肝创面及术后并发症，才能保证手术治疗的效果。

Results Women were more often affected than men(1.83:1) and 53 patients were older than 40 years. The involved parts were as follows: eyelid 58 cases (89.2%), mouth and mandibula 46 cases(70.8%),neck 17 cases(26.2%). The symptom at onset were blepharospasm 42 cases(64.6%) or oromandibular dystonia 17 cases(26.2%).In part of the patients, cranial MRI examination could find focus in brainstem or basal ganglia. Among 37 patients treated with oral drugs, 4 cases were almost cured, 16 cases improved and 17 cases showed no effect. While in 15 patients treated through chiostridium botulinum toxin injection, 5 were almost cured, 9 improved and 1 had no effect.

结果 男女患病比率为1：1.83，40岁以上发病53例，受累部位依次为眼睑58例（89.2%）、口-下颌46例（70.8%）、颈部17例（26.2%）；首发症状以眼部不适、眼睑痉挛最多（42例，占64.6%），口-下颌肌张力障碍次之（17例，占26.2%）；14例行头MRI检查者8例发现脑干或基底节区病灶；口服药物治疗37例，显效4例，有效16例，无效17例；15例行肉毒毒素局部注射者显效5例，有效9例，无效1例。

Results Among the patients,64 cases cured with nonsurgical treatment, 3 with the nonsurgical treatment for 5 ～ 7 d treated with surgery,2 patients were cured and 1 death.

结果 有64例经非手术治疗治愈；3例经非手术治疗5～7 d后中转手术，2例治愈，1例发生肠瘘后死亡。

Results:Out of the nine tuberculose patients,six healed after second operation,one sinus formation,two died.Out of the two disruption of wound,one was re-sutured and healed,the other healed after a long term of dressing changing.Seven infectious incision were controlled within one month.Out of the nine cerebrospinal fluid fistulae,eight were cured conservatively,only one spinal meninges was repaired.One epidural hematoma was cleared and made a good healing.Out of the two mold infection,one was cured after focal clearing,the other developed to chronic recurrent sinusitis.Four patients with sore healed after decompression.The other eight patients (four by hemostasis narcotic,two by liquefied fat,two by dermal allergic papular eczema) had good healing after intra-red therapy.

结果：9例结核患者再次手术后6例愈合，1例窦道形成，2例死亡；切口裂开2例中1例经切口再缝合愈合良好，另1例经10个月长期换药切口愈合；7例切口感染者均在1个月内控制感染；9例脑脊液漏，其中8例经保守治疗愈合，1例行脑脊膜再次修补术；1例硬膜外血肿清除后愈合良好；霉菌感染2例，其中1例经病灶清除后切口愈合，另1例演变成复发性窦道炎；4例压疮去除压迫后溃疡愈合；另外8例切口延迟愈合者中止血水引起者4例，脂肪液化2例，皮肤过敏2例，均经红外线照射后切口愈合。
