The results show that: 1 supplementation of protein to maturation media improves cumulus expansion in vitro compared to the protein-free control, but cumulus expansion is not necessarily related to oocyte nuclear maturation in pigs, and cumulus expansion is not the criterae for determination of nuclear maturation of pig oocytes, but only the exclusion of the first polar body; 2 exposure of pig COCs to hormone supplements for 23-24 hours improved cumulus expansion but had no significant effect on nuclear maturation compared to that for 46-48 hours; 3 under our research conditions, supplementation of different proteins into different maturation media has different effects on porcine oocyte nuclear maturation, but has no significant effect on subsequent embryonic development after IVF; 4 the nuclear maturation rates of pig oocytes matured in mTCM+pFF and mNCSU+pFF are superior than that in mNCSU+FCS; 5 different maturation media have no effect on pig oocyte cumulus expansion and subsequent embryonic development after IVF.

结果显示：(1)在成熟液中添加蛋白质可以加强卵丘细胞的扩散，但猪卵母细胞的核成熟与其周围的卵丘细胞扩展没有必然的联系，卵丘细胞扩散或成放射状不宜作为猪卵母细胞核成熟的标准，只有排出第一极体才能作为猪卵母细胞核成熟的标志；(2)在猪COCs的46-48小时成熟培养的后23-24小时阶段去除成熟液中的激素不但可以保证卵母细胞的核成熟率，而且可加强卵丘细胞的扩散；(3)在现有实验条件下，在mTCM和mNCSU中添加10％pFF与在mNCSU中添加10％FCS相比可获得较高的猪卵母细胞核成熟率；(4)在不同的成熟液中添加不同的蛋白质对猪卵母细胞核成熟率的影响效果不一样，但对体外受精后的早期胚胎发育影响不明显；(5)成熟液种类对猪卵母细胞的卵丘细胞扩散和体外受精后的早期胚胎发育无显著影响。

Integrated analysis of 7 times heavy rain in Yunnan from July 19 to August 2 based on actual observation weather datum and satellite cloud atlas and Doppler radar image. The results show that: high-low southwest jet stream is important effect system. The maintenance of southwest jet stream provides water vapor, momentum, fast transfer of unstable energy for the lasting heavy rain. The further configuration of plateau shear line and southwest jet stream is necessarily condition about 7 times heavy rain. The lasting heavy rain appeared on big value region of 500hPa vapour flux and vapour flux divergence. The shear cloud band and subtropical high cloud band crossed and confluenced in Yunnan on the satellite cloud atlas. The maintenance and intensification of shear cloud hand and periphery cloud band of subtropical high correspond quite well to heavy rain falling region and cloud band distribution.

应用实测气象资料，结合卫星云图与多普勒雷达图像分析，对2007年7月19日到8月2日云南少有的7次强降水过程进行综合分析，结果表明：高低空的西南急流是重要的影响系统，西南急流的维持为持续性强降水过程提供了水汽、动量和不稳定能量的快速传递，高原切变线与西南急流的有利配置，是7次持续性强降水过程必不可少的条件；持续性强降水出现在500hPa水汽通量大值区和水汽通量散度辐合区；卫星云图上切变云带和副高外围云带在云南汇合，切变云带和副高外围云带维持、加强的过程与强降水落区的时空分布对应较好。

Under the transmission election microscope, we had observed that the state of oocytes arid the cumulus cells around them was tightness, and there were plenty of long and thin microvilli playing the role of connection in the enwrapping. The shape of cumulus cells nucleus was ovate, and the longer and shorter diameters of the cumulus cells were 4.250±0.042μm and 2.750±0.07 μm respectively. The zona pellucida was well proportioned and tightly linking with oocyte. There were great deals of multi-crista mitochondria, lipid droplet and vacuolus. The mitochondria longer and shorter diameters were 0.600±0.106μm and 0.490±0.117μm. Granular nucleoplasma distributed very well in the cell nucleus.

The cumulus cells of OCC were cut off and dispersed by 1 mL syringe. The cumulus cells were co-cultured with the immature oocytes retrieved from the COH cycles after they adherent to the bottom of the dish. The immature oocytes were experienced IVM procedures in different culture media. They were divided into 3 groups(the oocytes at germinal vesicle stage from one woman were allotted to the same group randomly). Group 1: basic culture medium+ human follicular fluid; Group 2: solution A+ cumulus cells; Group 3: solution A+ OCC+ follicle stimulating hormone + epidermal growth factor. In order to develop and modify Gregory scheme for cumulus convective parameterization,we make the improvement as follows:(1) The large-scale moisture convergence is taken into account and the organized inflow,which occurs in the area of large-scale moisture convergence and is directly proportional to it, is added to turbulent airflow.(2) The influence on saturation vapor pressure exerted by supercooled water is taken into account and the initial mass flux is adjusted. Based on diagnosis of the air heating and moistening, the downdraft airflow is adjusted.(3) Based on the character of our country heavy rainfall,which usually occurs in the mixed cloud consisted of stratocumulus and cumulus, the process of excessive convection is restrained by organized outflow in the top of cloud and improving downdraft current and by reducing the evaporation of rainfall and release of latent heat.

为了改进和发展Gregory积云参数化方案，(1)考虑了大尺度水汽辐合对积云对流的影响，即在混合卷入中加入有组织的卷入，让有组织的卷入存在于有大尺度水汽辐合的层次上，并且与大尺度水汽辐合直接成比例；(2)考虑了过冷水存在对饱和比湿的影响，调整了初始的质量通量，并且根据对大气加热加湿的诊断，调整了大气向下拖曳的强度；(3)根据我国降水多由层状云和嵌入其中的对流云混合产生的这一特点，对于过强对流过程进行抑制，在云顶加入有组织的卷出，同时加大向下拖曳的强度，减少蒸发以降低潜热的释放，抑制过强对流的发生。
