During the process of deferentiation of lens fiber the cell nucleolus became little and chromatin shrinked.(4)The crystalline electrophoresis of Bufo Raddei Strauch Tadpole lens regeneration showed that during lens regeneration P-crystalline was expressed earliest then was γ-crystalline and α-crystallin, this result is consistent with newt.

结果表明：花背蟾蜍蝌蚪(1)具有晶状体再生的能力，其晶状体的再生来源于虹膜背缘的上皮细胞；(2)虹膜背缘去色素是转分化的前提，主要有两种方式：一种也是最主要的方式是在晶状体被摘除后虹膜外侧产生巨噬细胞，巨噬细胞吞噬虹膜色素上皮细胞中的色素颗粒；另一种方式是虹膜色素上皮细胞自身释放色素颗粒；(3)电镜观察发现虹膜色素上皮细胞转分化过程中线粒体有明显变化，核糖体增多，粗面内质网增多，晶状体纤维分化过程中细胞核逐渐凝聚；(4)SDS-PAGE电泳发现，花背蟾蜍蝌蚪晶状体再生中相关蛋白表达顺序与有尾类蝾螈相似，蛋白表达顺序依次是β-晶状体蛋白、γ-晶状体蛋白和α-晶状体蛋白，并且后两种蛋白几乎同时表达。

The results showed that the aluminum plates had a much better effect than zinc plates in identifying crystalline free silica. The all open-faced samples had good uniformity in the filter no matter how many middles were used, but not so good for the closed-faced sampling. The calibration curve had a good correlation coefficient (r=0.995). In addition, molecular orientation behaviors induced by shearing, electric field and magnetic field were investigated. The space group of the monomers A3EO7 and A9EO7 were determined as P2〓2〓2 and P112/m by means of electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction. Liquid crystalline properties of the monomer and the polymer were studied using DSC, variable X-ray diffraction, TEM and polarized optical microscope. Both monomers exhibit monotropic liquid crystalline behavior, and they also give a metastable phase on the cooling process. The polymer PA9EO7 shows enantiotropic liquid crystalline properties. Thus the rigid polymer backbone is not a fatal defect that completely distorts the packing arrangement of the mesogenic moiety in the side chain liquid crystalline polyacetylene.

Associated minerals are primary glauberite, halite and terrigenous mud; while calcite is absent or rare. The X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the mud-sized crystalline dolostone has an average CaCO3 mole content of 57.30% and an average degree of order of 0.40, revealing the characteristics of higher calcium content and lower degree of order. It is closely intergrown with glauberite, indicating that the aqueous medium in the depositional environment of mud-sized crystallinedolostone was hypersaline water or dilute brine. The temperature of water in the depositional environment calculated according to the oxygen isotope data averaged 30.5℃ and the minimum homogenization temperature of inclusions in primary glauberite crystals associated with mud-sized crystalline dolomite was 44℃. The two groups of temperature data are close, indicating that the temperature of the water in the paleolake environment during the deposition of mud-sized crystalline dolostone ranged from 30.5℃ to 44℃.
