METHODS: After anaesthetized, rabbits were cut at the skin for 2 cm long at the crossing of skull center and posterior canthus, skull was exposed and periosteum was separated, then a round skull window with diameter of 0.5 cm was drilled at 0.5 cm left or to sagittal suture and 0.5 cm posterior to coronal suture, after that, 35 g/L rose Bengal was slowly injected from ear-edge vein in dosage of 1 mL/kg by once.

METHODS: Peripheral nerve injury models of New Zealand rabbits were established. The immediate repairing group received suture immediately after injury; For the other three groups, the two broken ends of their nerves were fixed on sarcolemmas temporarily and their wounds were sutured layer by layer. ETHODS: The gastrocnemius bundle branch and soleus muscle bundle branch of the right achilles tendon were sutured after surface skin and subcutaneous tissue discission. The gastrocnemius bundle branch was transected at 2 cm above calcaneal bone insertion and a 2-cm silicone tube was applied to separate the site of suture using 5-0 modified Kessler method. Results 3 cases of lesions were in the gap of"V"shape between iliac muscle and musculus psoas major on the coronal sections in the lower right abdomen closely adjacent to the cecum,which were narrowed. The lesions showed long even T1 and T2 signals similar to mucous wall particularly in T2WI image. The walls of cyst were thin and even. The cysts were round or oval in shape on transections.The cyst were cucurbits in shape in 2 cases and long cannular in a case on coronal sections and arrowy sections and borderlines of the cysts were clear. The terminal of the cysts showed taper in 2 cases. In addition, cecum polypus was found at the placket of the appendix in a case which was not shown on MRI image.
