Results 22 patients underwent zygoma reduction and subperiosteal rhytidectomy by coronal incision approaching. 5 cases with frontal region depression were filled with ePTEF or a piece of epicranial aponeurosis. The follow-up time was 6～24 months. All the patients were satisfied with the final results.
