This dissertation presents three segmentation algorithms for compressing image documents, with a high compression ratio of both color and monochromatic compound document images. The proposed algorithms greatly outperform the famous image compression methods, JPEG and DjVu, and enable the effective extraction of the text from a complex background, achieving a high compression ratio for compound document images.

This thesis contributes to geometry compression in the following aspects: Proposes a method of progressive spherical mesh parameterization based on local parameterization by directly projecting the deleted vertices to its neighborhood. Based on spherical mesh paramterization, an adaptive subdivision remeshing method by progressivly redistributing of sampling points is proposed, by this means, the main geometry information of the original mesh can be captured with only a small amount of samples, it can also be used in mesh simplification. By regarding attributes binded on mesh vertices as geometry signals and transferring them onto a uint sphere by means of spherical mesh parameterization, meshes with different attributes are compressed with spherical wavelet successfully with high compression rate. As a kind of lossy geometry compression technique, two mesh simplification algorthimes are also presented in this thesis.

Furthermore, the compression-sensitivity of CFRC, which suffers three-direction-pressure is studied.Thirdly, present method of carbon fiber treatment is summarized. Treat the surface of carbon fiber with GLBE, the influence of surface-treatment of carbon fiber on the distribution and compression-sensitivity of CFRC was studied. According to the contrast of the compression-sensitivity before and after surface treatment, as well as the contrast of the distribution of carbon fiber in cement mortar, it is found that GLBE is able to improve the dispersiveness of carbon fiber.

再次，总结现有碳纤维的表面处理方法，选用液相气相双效法对纤维进行表面处理，并研究碳纤维的表面处理对纤维分散性和CFRC的压敏性的影响，通过对表面处理前后试块的压敏性和碳纤维在水泥浆体中的分散性的对比，发现碳纤维的液相气相双效法表面处理可以改善纤维的分散性，而且在循环荷载作用下还发现用这种表面处理的纤维制成的碳纤维混凝土对应变变化感应的稳定性和重复性得到有效提高。

The results show that this new model offers a better explanation for peak compression effect on the migration behaviour of charged solute in CEC. Essential hypertension caused by neurovascular compression of the left ventrolateral medulla was associated with malbalance of vasomotor center in the dorsal medulla. The possible pathogenesis was the following:① An irritation of the left RVLM by pulsatile compression of an ectatic vessel would increase activity of central sympathetic neuron.② Neurovascular compression at the REZ of the cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ decreased excitation of parasympathetic nerve.③ Decreased sensitivity of afferent inputs to neuron of nucleus tractus solitarii in the sensory area lead to hyperactivity of central sympathetic nervous system due to pulsatile compression of the left RVLM.④ Neurocompression of the left RVLM and REZ in the left cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ lead to an overactivity of central renin angiotensin system.

3，结论：左侧延髓腹外侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ动脉血管压迫所导致的高血压的发生与左侧延髓血管运动中枢对血压的调节失衡有关，其可能机制是：①左侧RVLM在搏动性血管压迫刺激下，中枢交感神经元活性增高；②左侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压导致副交感神经兴奋性降低；③感受区孤束核神经元接受迷走神经传入冲动的敏感性减低，导致中枢交感神经活性增高；④左侧RVLM及Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压引起中枢RAS活性增加。

In order to unsterdand the properties of rebound and recompression, this study carried out oedometer tests for six soft clays with three surcharge ratios to simulate surcharging. Properties analyzed in this thesis include: 1 post–surcharge secant secondary compression index; 2 amended post- surcharge secant secondary compression index in which the time starts from load application; 3 time at which secondary compression reappears; 4 post-surcharge secondary compression strain rate.
