An subgroup J avian leukosis virus,designated as SCAU-0901,was isolated and identified by histopathological observation,DF-1 cell culture,ELISA test,PCR and immunofluorescence assay specific to ALV-J from Mahuang broiler breeder suspected with ALV infection.
