RESULTS: A germacrane sesquiterpenoid, incaspitolide D (1), along with-N-benzoylphenylalanine--2-benzamido-3-phenyl- propyl ester (2), indole-3-carboxylic acid (3), apigenin (4), diosmetin (5) and luteolin (6) was isolated. CONCLUSION: Compounds 1-5 were isolated for the first time from Vernonia patula.

结果：分离到1个牻牛烷型倍半萜内酯， 1个苯丙氨酸衍生物、1个生物碱和3个黄酮化合物，根据波谱数据和X-衍射分析分别鉴定为：incaspitolide D (1)，-N-苯甲酰基苯基丙氨酸–-2-苯甲酰氨基–3-苯基丙酯(S-N-benzoylalanine-–2-benzamido-3-phenylpropyl ester， 2；吲哚-3-羧酸(indole-3-carboxylic acid， 3)；香叶木素(diosmetin， 4)，芹菜素(apigenin， 5)和木犀草素(luteolin， 6)。

They were two new compounds, [cyclo(Pro-Val-Phe-Phe-Pro-Val-Phe-Ser-Leu),7],[2-N-(1-methoxycarbonylethyl)guanosine, 10], and eight known compounds,(p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 1),(methyl succinate, 2),(russulaceramide, 3),(phenylalanine, 4),(guanine, 5),(β-carboline, 6),(uridine, 8), and (adenosine, 9). All the compounds were isolated from Amanita exitialis for the first time.

分别为：对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid，1)、丁二酸二甲酯(methyl succinate，2)、神经酰胺(russulaceramide，3)、苯丙氨酸（phenylalanine，4）、鸟嘌呤核苷(guanine，5)、β-咔啉(β-carboline，6)、环（脯氨酸-缬氨酸-苯丙氨酸-苯丙氨酸-脯氨酸-缬氨酸-苯丙氨酸-丝氨酸-亮氨酸） [cyclo(Pro-Val-Phe-Phe-Pro-Val-Phe-Ser-Leu)，7]、尿嘧啶核苷(uridine，8)、腺嘌呤核苷(adenosine，9)、2-N-(1-甲氧羰基乙基)鸟苷[2-N-(1-Methoxycarbonylethyl)guanosine， 10]。10个化合物均为首次从致命鹅膏中分离得到，其中化合物7和10为新化合物。

Kanic acid was injected into guinea pigs' cochleae and the excitotoxicity model was established. After a week the recombinant plasmid was transferred into SGCs of guinea pigs' cochlea treated with HAT. The following week the expression of NT-3 was examined by the immunohistochemical method, and the morphology of SGNs was observed under the electronic microscope after 4 weeks, in the mean time the changes of auditory brain-stein response were examined.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: After the male and female ICR mice copulated, the presence of vaginal plug the following morning was considered as gestational day 0 (GD0). At GD9, GD10, GD11 and GD12, the pregnant mice in the treatment group were treated with 80 mg/kg all-trans-retinoic acid, and those of the control group received the same volume of soybean oil. At GD18, pregnant mice were killed and the embryos were harvested. The abnormalities of the embryos in the treatment group were studied.

材料与方法： ICR小鼠合笼后，查到阴栓当天为孕期第0天(GD0)，孕鼠共50只，随机分为GD9、GD10、GD11、GD12给全反式视黄酸(all-trans-retinoic acid，atRA)实验组和对照组，共5组，每组10只，实验组经口灌胃1次给予孕鼠80 mg/kg atRA，对照组则给予等体积的大豆油，于GD18将孕鼠处死并取出胎鼠，观察不同时间给予孕鼠atRA的胎鼠的短肢畸形情况。
