Title: Study on Decision Rule Optimization and Organization of Group Decision-making Abstract Group decision-making, as one of the basic forms of decision-making, plays an important role in economic and political fields due to the ever-increasing complexity of decision issue and the enhanced democracy awareness. Research of group decision-making is receiving more and more attention as the cutting edge of decision-making theory. Fruitful results are achieved in this field, while there are still some weak aspects for further research, especially in the organization and decision process ot group decision-making. Researches in those fields are instrumental in optimizing the organization and decision process of group decision-making. And we have made some exploration in this paper as follows.

Abstract］ objective to discuss the influencing factors of healing up of anastomosis between traditional and morden ideas and question the more reasonable method of intestinal tract preparation in stage one operation.methods twenty-six patients with colon cancer were divided into 3 groups:colostomy group（8 cases）,washing group (9 cases) and suction group (9 cases).all the patients underwent colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and exteriorization with different interoperative preparation with which we compared the healing up of anastomosis within the three groups.results there were 3 cases having fistula in the colostomy group （8 cases）;one case in the washing group,but all the patients in the suction groups gained stage one healing up.conclusion as a method of emergency interoperative peparation,stool suction has a better healing up of anastomosis than colostomy and washing;it is advantageous to observe the healing up of anastomosis through colectomy plus stage one anastomosis and colon-outlying.

目的 探讨影响吻合口愈合因素的传统与现代观念并进一步探讨一期手术中更为合理的肠道准备方式。方法 26例降结肠癌分为造瘘组（8例）、冲洗组（9例）和粪便吸引组（9例）三组，术中分别采用3种不同方式行紧急肠道准备，所有病人均采用结肠切除一期吻合加外置的方法，对比观察三组病人的吻合口愈合情况。结果造瘘组（8例）有3例发生瘘，冲洗组有1例发生瘘，粪便吸引组全部一期愈合。结论粪便吸引作为一种术中紧急肠道准备方法，其吻合口愈合情况优于前两组；结肠一期吻合加外置的方法有利于观察吻合口的情况。

However, during New Trend '85, Gu Wenda differentiated himself from most artists of Chinese Painting of the time and showed his contemporary consciousness by experimenting on traditional ink painting materials and techniques. This brought out a new possibility for the contemporaneity of Chinese Painting. Since then, unremitting efforts have been made to "modernize" Chinese Painting through traditional abstract elements like ink-wash and Calligraphy. These efforts streamed into a new trend called "modern ink"(or "abstract ink","experimental ink") in late 1980's, though seemed not widely acknowledged for its resemblance to Abstract Expressionism of 1960's and 1970's American art. What is interesting is that while some artists are endeavoring to "westernize" their art, a new trend grouped as "Neo-literati Painting" appears with very traditional form and mood. This can be explained as a group of people's resistance to the reformation of traditional culture as well as their nostalgia to traditional ideals. However, this school tends to be artificial for the absence of the particular context, and the expression with traditional brushwork is also regionally limited. Of all the efforts of reformation, Chinese Painting that accordingly adopts the tradition heads the list because of the cultural identification of the big number of population and greater market as a result of the economic growth of China. Meanwhile, the immense conservative inertia of traditional Chinese culture can also be detected.

在"现代艺术"风起云涌的"85新潮"中，谷文达以传统水墨的材料和方法表达出不同于当时大多数中国画艺术家们这种文化心态和文化认知的现代意识，为中国画的现代性提供了一种方案；以水墨、还有选择中国传统书法的抽象因素等可能来进行现代性探索，一直是中国画连绵的努力，在80年代后期汇聚成"现代水墨"（又或曰"抽象水墨"、"实验水墨"），是中国画的又一流向，但是不是没有脱离60、70年代美国的"抽象主义"意义，反而还有了拾人牙慧之嫌，所以始终难以获得更大的认可和成功；很有趣的是，与此"西化"流向同时的，还有以非常传统的方式出现的"新文人画"潮流，或许可以把这看着是部分中国文化人在中国以西方为参照的新文化背景下对之的抵制，对传统理想的怀念和诉求，但由于已经失去了其语境和环境，"新文人画"显得娇情和造作，而且这种以非常地域化的传统笔墨语言来表现的方式也失去了更为普遍化的可能；反而是延续传统一脉的国画，由于有巨大的人数基础的本土文化的认同，在中国经济发展后有了更大的市场，所以还是蔚然为中国画的一大潮向，从这也可以看到中国文化承传的保守性的力量。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the effect of two kinds of nursing methods of male urinary incontinence patients to urinary tract infection and patient's comfortable influence of degree.methods 80 masculine urine incontinence patients in our hospital with voluntary will were chose,and divided them into the observation group and the comparison group,with 40 examples each.the observation group used bt-ⅰ high level chamber pot,the comparison group used the catheter.compared with 2 groups after nursing of the 3rd,7th,10th,14th day-long urethral meatus bacilliculture,the severance urine bacilliculture result and the urine road junction partial symptom.results compared the results of urine road and severance urine bacilliculture,and the urine road junction partial symptom of two groups,the observation group masculine positive rate was obviously lower than the comparison group,the difference had statistics significance（p.05）.conclusion using bt-ⅰ chamber pot can effectively enhance the nursing effect of the masculine urine incontinence patients'perineum and periphery skin,enhance the patients' degree of comfort.

目的 探讨男性尿失禁患者两种护理方法对尿路感染及患者舒适度的影响。方法本着患者及家属自愿选择的原则将入住我院的男性尿失禁患者80名分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组利用bt-ⅰ型高级透气接尿器，对照组采用留置导尿管，比较两组护理后第3、7、10、14天的尿道口的细菌培养结果及尿道口的局部症状。结果两组患者尿道口培养结果及尿道口局部不良症状比较，观察组阳性率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论使用bt-ⅰ型接尿器可有效提高男性尿失禁患者会阴及周围皮肤的护理效果，提高患者的舒适度。

摘要］ 目的比较静脉注射右旋糖酐氢氧化铁和口服琥珀酸亚铁治疗血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效和不良反应。方法选择60例hd患者，分为静脉补铁组和口服补铁组，每组30例。静脉补铁组：每次透析结束前1 h注射100 mg右旋糖酐氢氧化铁，从透析器静脉端输入，时间维持1 h；口服补铁组：琥珀酸亚铁200 mg，每日3次，连续口服2个月。两组同时使用基因重组人红细胞生成素100~150 u/kg？
