Result The results showed that content of Pb and Zn in 10 kinds of greening plants in Jinggangshan Road was the highest, and the lowest in Jinggangshan University, they had obvious difference among 6 different regions. The plants could absorb Pb and Zn pollutants in different extent depending on pollutants and plant species. Cedrus deodara and Subina chinensis had higher absorption capacity to Pb with 4.84 mg/kg and 4.57 mg/kg, Pittoaporum tobira had the lowest absorption capacity to Pb with 0.38 mg/kg; Ligustrum japonicum had the highest absorption capacity to Zn with 37.58 mg/kg, Buxus microphylla had the lowest absorption capacity to Zn with 11.08 mg/kg.

A simulation model is founded under the analysis of production system capacity in the production system background of a firm; the change instances of yield, output rate and WIP in the production system are simulated by the action of procurement cycle, machining time, setup time and so on. 5. The change instances of production capacity in the assembly stage are simulated , and rational employees are obtained.

本文主要进行了以下几个方面的研究：1、分析离散型制造企业面临的新情况，阐明生产系统的功能和结构，对离散型制造企业生产系统生产能力的研究内容和现状进行分析，提出本课题的主要研究内容。2、在系统地研究生产系统生产能力的计算和分析方法后，设计了用Excel表快速计算粗能力的方法；给出不同生产方式下的产能分析方法，并提出产能与负荷平衡的策略。3、比较和分析了MRPII/ERP的能力需求计划方法与计算机仿真方法在生产系统中的应用特点，指出计算机仿真方法的优势，并用Ithink仿真软件对企业生产系统生产能力进行了仿真研究。4、以A公司的生产系统为背景，在对生产系统生产能力分析的基础上建立了仿真模型，模拟了在采购周期、加工时间、调整时间以及返工率、废品率、机械开工率等因素作用下生产系统的产量、产出率和在制品数量的变化情况。5、研究在装配阶段生产能力的变化情况，通过仿真优化后确定合理作业人员数量。

First, based on the measurements of absorption cross-section, the absorption characters of the main polluted gases in flue gas were deeply studied, and found that SO_2、 NO、 NO_2、 NH_3 had a character of approximate periods absorption at some wave band, which is a good chance of a new measurement introduced. Secondly, the factors about absorption cross-section of the gases measured, which affect on the measurement precision of DOAS, is studied deeply. The influence of pressure and temperature on absorption cross-section was given special research, and the compensated measures were given to the gases based on the character of the gases. Thirdly, in practical measurement, it must have been satisfied that the monochromator was consisted with the reference spectrum, which was based on absorption cross-section. In order to satisfy the consistency, the technique of reversion in the image was introduced, the reversions of spectrums were realized with wiener filter and noise elimination based on wavelet transform.

首先从吸收截面的测量入手，对烟气中主要的污染气体SO_2、NO、NO_2、NH_3的吸收特性进行详细研究，发现这些气体在局部区域具有准周期吸收特征，这为引入新的测量方法提供了契机；其次，对决定DOAS测量精度的被测气体吸收截面的诸多问题进行了深入研究，重点研究了压力、温度对被测气体吸收截面的影响，并针对被测气体的特征提出了相应的修正措施；再次，在实际测量中，要求所使用的光谱仪必须与以吸收截面为基础的参考光谱相匹配，为了满足匹配这一条件，文中将图像复原技术引入到光谱复原，使用维纳滤波和小波消噪实现了光谱的复原，将复原后的光谱与所使用光谱仪的仪器函数卷积，即可实现；最后，在对DOAS测量原理详细分析的基础上，对传统的最小二乘—差分吸收光谱法进行了详细的阐述，通过实验证实两点：1。

In order to get the more accurate data of atmospheric capacity about this type of area, such as Yueyang, this paper analyzed the characteristics of Yueyang meteorology, gathered the features of atmospheric pollution sources, worked out the main problems in environmental protection. In addition, we analyzed the rule of atmospheric transport and diffusion, and took the Frequency of lake and breeze to modify the data of atmospheric capacity of Yueyang, which was achieved by A-P index, and compares the modified data of atmospheric capacity with the data of atmospheric capacity achieved by multi-source. The results indicated that according to the fact of lake and breeze, taking the frequency of lake and breeze to modify the data of atmospheric capacity of the field with stable lake and breeze, which is achieved by A-P index, made the atmospheric capacity more accurate. Accordingly, the result could be more reliable if the modified data is taken to calculate the atmospheric capacity when we assess the impact on the environment of the field with stable lake and land breeze.

为准确地求得这一类型地区的大气环境容量，本文研究了岳阳市城区大气环境的主要特点，收集大气污染源数据并进行分析，查明岳阳市城区主要环境问题，分析岳阳市城区主要大气污染物的迁移转化规律，对A-P指数法求得的岳阳市大气环境容量值用湖陆风频率进行修正，并将修正后的大气环境容量与多源模型(区域大气环境容量计算模型)求得的大气环境容量进行对比，得出结论：根据湖陆风环流情况下的大气扩散方式，对有稳定的湖陆风环流的地区，采用湖陆风频率修正A-P指数法求大气环境容量，进一步提高了计算的准确性。

In this paper,the discharge capacity,stability voltage and the ratio of constant current charge capacity and battery discharge capacity of lithium ion battery were studied. For the lithium manganese lithium-ion batteries,the discharge capacity,mid-value voltage and stability voltage all increased with increasing charge cutoff voltage. As long as charge cutoff voltage was no less than 4.15 V,the battery discharge capacity loss would not exceed 6%. When charge cutoff voltage was 4.15V,the constant current charge capacity accounted for more than 85% of total charge capacity,a little change from 4.20 V.
