Results: 3-D technology clearly shows 5 cases of calcaneal bone comminuted fracture, 3 cases of astragalar fracture, 1 case tarsometatarsal joint abarticulation, 1 ankle joint turgescence, 1 ankle joint multiple fracture. 2 wrist joint multiple fracture, 1 scaphoid bone fracture, 2 semilunare surrounding abarticulation with carpale multiple fracture.

Objective:To get objective evidence of the optimal stress condition in broken ends of scaphoid loins fracture,to provide biomechanical basis for the clinical choice of the different fixation postures after scaphoid loins fracture and further to offer theoretical instructions for the treatment after scaphoid loins fracture,stress distribution and shift rules after three types of fracture in scaphoid loins (transverse fracture, radialis oblique fracture and ulnar side oblique fracture) were studied using electrometric method and three-dimensional (3-D) finite element analysis.

目的：运用电测法和三维有限元法，研究腕舟骨腰部三种类型骨折后腕关节在各种不同体位固定下骨折端的位移情况及其所受应力的分布和变化规律，从而得到骨折后良好折端应力条件的客观证据，为临床上腕舟骨腰部骨折后腕关节固定体位的选择提供生物力学依据，进而为腕舟骨腰部骨折后的临床固定治疗提供理论指导。

Investigation for morbidity of osteoportic fracture (1) Osteoporotic hip fracture was the most osteoporotic fracture type in hospital.The female patients is more than male.(2) There were lots of osteoporotic fracture cases from 65 to 79 years old people. Quantity of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture was still highly.(3) There were no famous seasonal different of morbidity among all kinds of osteoporotic fracture patients. 收集122例临床诊断肋骨骨折的胸部急性创伤患者，男75例，女47例，年龄12~65岁，平均36岁，进行dr能量减影胸部摄影检查；其中有45例患者同时作ct检查。结果在本组病例中，标准胸片发现肋骨单发骨折、肋骨多发骨折、骨折合并液气胸、骨折合并肺挫伤的检出率分别为86.7%、91.3%、90.5%和94.1%；而能量减影仅在肋骨多发骨折中检出率为97.1%，其余检出率均为100%。结论 dr能量减影技术可清晰显示肋骨骨折和肺部并发损伤，对胸部急性创伤有重要诊断价值。
