Methods: Silicone rod frontalis sling had been performed in blepharoptosis (23 cases, 27 eyes) from January 2002 to January 2004 at the Department of Ophthalmology, Tri-Service General Hospital, National Defense Medical Center. We retrospectively studied the primary result of all patients.Result: With a mean follow-up of 11.8 months, a good final result was achieved in all eyes, with no recurrent ptosis cases.

我们追踪自2002-2004年间使用silicone rod frontalis slings的病患，23位病人，27个眼睛，其中两位是外伤导致单侧third nerve palsy，一位是单侧Marcus Gunn jaw-winking syndrome，一位是单侧眼瞼下垂已接受三次传统矫正手术，一位是单侧眼瞼下垂已接受一次传统矫正手术，一位单侧先天性眼瞼下垂的小朋友，一位双侧先天性眼瞼下垂的小朋友，其他19个眼睛均是先天性眼瞼下垂的成人(table 1)。

Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for images of CT,MRI and DSA of 12 patients with intracranial venous angiomas.In all cases,7 cases male,5 cases female,age ranged from 8 years old to 72 years old.All patients underwent the examinations of CT,MRI and/or DSA.Results All 12 patients had single lesion.In these cases,there were 6 cases （50%） located in cerebella,6 cases （50%） located in cerebra including 3 cases （25%） in lobus frontalis and 3 cases （25%） in lobus parietalis.Most patients had slight clinical symptoms and were detected the lesions accidentally when they were examined for other diseases.Compared the imaging features of CT,MRI and DSA,conventional CT scan was negative,but there were characteristic images which was "dendritic" sign in contrast-enhanced CT and MRI,and typical findings of "caput medusae"sign in venous phase of DSA.

结果 颅内静脉血管瘤均为单发；6例（50%）位於幕下小脑实质内，6例（50%）位於幕上额叶（3例25%）、顶叶（3例25%）脑实质内；患者临床症状轻微，多为合并其他病变检查时偶然发现；CT、MRI及DSA的影像比较，CT平扫为阴性，CT增强扫描与MRI平扫呈特征性表现，即树枝征，DSA静脉期可见典型表现蛇头征。

Results showed that Aha logogriphs elicited a more negative ERP deflection than did No-aha logogriphs in the time window within 1400-1700 ms (LNC1), 1700-2000 ms (LNC2) and 2000-2500 ms (LNC3) after onset of the logogriph. Results: In the 13 cases, the CT diagnosis show that five cases of low-density lesions of Bilateral hepatolenticular, five cases of globus pallidus, one case of Bilateral hepatolenticular with corpus callosum, one cases of External capsule putamen, one case of Putamen with the caudate nucleus, three cases of low-density of Bilateral lobi frontalis and lobi parietalis, one case of unilateral putamen hemorrhage, three cases of cerebral atrophy.
