The study on the phylogenetic relations among these species is very useful for the study on genome and marker-assisted breeding in Brassica species. The karyotypic analysis is one of the most important methods in analysing the phylogenetic relation of species with closer relations. The protocol for inducing high frequency metaphase was established by pretreatment with low temperature and 8hydroxyquinoline, and then the preparation of chromosome and karyotypes analysis of six economical important Brassica species were carried out. The three groups were loaded and analyzed under the same loading according to the mean value of the bite force of incisors. RESULTS:(1)The maximum stress of dentin in group A was twice higher than that in group B. Sepals are determined by A and E class genes; petals are determined by A, B, and E; stamens by B, C, and E; and carpels by C and E class genes. A, B, C, and E class gene lineages are known having duplicated several times during the evolution of angiosperms. One of the noted major duplication events occurred in the origin of the early angiosperms, leading to the formation of subgroups of B/C/D/E class. Another one occurred near the basal eudicots and gave rise to further subgroups in A/B/C/D/E class genes among core eudicots. The results suggested that compared with A-starch and maize starch, there are more quantities of impurities, such as protein, lipid and pentosan, in B-starch. B-starch prepared in the laboratory almost has the same compositions as three samplings, and accords with the reports of some documents too. Differing from the granules in A-starch, those in B-starch are smaller sized (1-10m)and oval shaped, and felted each other. The crystallogram of A- and B-starch are similar, i.e. A type. To investigate the function of Nogo-A in neurons, human embryonic kidney cell line 293FT was used as a model, along with the pathway profiling reporter system to check the involvement of Nogo-A in regulating the intracellular signaling pathway. It was found that over-expression of Nogo-A could activate NF-κB signaling specifically, then followed by using different Nogo-A alternative splicing isoforms and a serial of truncations, it was confirmed that the activation of NF-κB by Nogo-A relied on its N-terminal proline rich domain. Furthermore, by co-expressing the dominant negative mutants of some NF-κB pathway associated proteins, it revealed that the IκBα,TRAF6, Rac/Cdc42 were involved in Nogo-A inducing activation of NF-κB.
