In this paper, we have made a systemic theoretic research on modelling and reshaping several types of spline curves/surfaces in CAGD. And some creative productions are given as follows. At first, the uniform C-B-spline basis is proved to be a normalized totally positive basis, and can be extended to a normalized B-basis. C-B-spline and C-Bézier basis, similar to B-spline basis and Bézier basis in algebraic space, are two bases in algebraic trigonometric space.

本文围绕着CAGD中常用的几种曲线曲面造型和形状调整进行了深入的研究，主要获得了以下一些成果：首先，证明了代数三角空间中的n次均匀C-B-spline基是一组标准全正基，并进一步扩充为一组标准B基。C-B-spline基与C-Bézier基是多项式与三角混合空间中的两组基，是适应工程实践中设计特殊曲线曲面的需要而产生的，类似于多项式空间中的B-spline基与Bézier基，是CAGD中重要的造型工具。

Itis a great deal of assistment for treatment and prognosis of patients, if we candiagnose hepatic fibrosis in forepart. The aim of this experiment evaluate the dignosisvalue of ultrasound elastic imaging on early hepatic fibrosis.we will supply thefundermental data for reseach henceforth. 2、Materials and MethodThe number of Wister rats is 30 and weight is 180-220g. 30 Wister rats had beenligated on the right hepatic ducts (include middle lobe、right lobe and caudate lobe) tocause partial cholestatic hepafibrosis factitiously and divided in A, B and C groups. Aand B groups had been ligated on the right hepatic ducts both. The different with Aand B is that the time of A group after ligation on the hepatic ducts is 2 weeks and thetime of B group is 1 week.

将实验动物分为A、B、C三组，A组为结扎大鼠右侧胆管(包括中叶、右叶、尾状叶)2周后进行检查。B组为结扎大鼠右侧胆管1周后进行检查，C组行假手术为对照组。A组大鼠麻醉后，腹部备皮，皮肤常规消毒，腹部横行切开，暴露肝脏、胆总管，游离右侧胆管，结扎，然后关腹；C组，仅开腹然后关腹，即假手术组。A、C两组同批实施手术，A、C两组术后1周，B组实施手术，步骤、方法、部位同A组。

Results ①The mean value of wound healing time of group A, B and C was 10.4±1.0、17.8±1.6、11.4±1.3 days respectively.②The granulation of group A and C filled wound area at 4th～5th day after injury; The granulation of group B began to grow into the wound area under necrotic cartilage at 10th day after injury ③The mean value of elevating height of group A, B and C was 1.20±0.56、1.68±0.73、1.15±0.50 mm respectively. Conclusion Removing perichondrium and reserving cartilage results in big scar.

结果：①A、B、C三组平均创面愈合时间分别为(10.4±1.0)天、(17.8±1.6)天、(11.4±1.3)天，三组之间统计学比较有显著差异；②A、C两组伤后4～5天肉芽组织充满创面，B组在伤后第10天，肉芽组织开始在坏死软骨下向中心生长；③A、B、C三组瘢痕隆起高度为(1.20±0.56)mm、(1.68±0.73)mm、(1.15±0.50)mm，B组与A、C组统计学比较有显著差异。

If C falls, he should be pendulumed to the most favorable bank (hopefully to A so that the crossing is accomplished).

The results show that the effectiveness of Route A is better than Route B. After ARB of 7 passes, the microstructure of the specimen by Route A consists of thin elongated fibriform grains with an average size of 470 nm, but that by Route B does compressed grains with an average size of 680 nm. The improvement in tensile strength by Route A is greater than that by Route B. The strengthening mechanism of 1060 commercially pure aluminum by ARB is fine-grain strengthening.

结果显示：路径A的晶粒细化效果比路径B明显；ARB7道次后，采用路径A的试样的显微组织由拉长的细小纤维状晶粒组成，路径B的试样由扁平状晶粒组成；路径A和路径B的试样的平均晶粒尺寸分别为470nm和680nm；路径A的试样的抗拉强度提高程度大于路径B.1060工业纯铝在ARB过程中的强化机制主要是细晶强化。

The absorption bands observed for Pb-pheophytin a at 462nm and 673nm , while for Pb-pheophytin b at 480nm and 662nm . Compared with pheophytin a and pheophytin b, all these bands red shifted more or less. Among the reported metallochlorophylls, the degree of red shift of Pb-pheophytin in Soret band was the largest by 54nm and 44nm for Pb-pheophytin a and Pb-pheophytin b, respectively.

The bioassay indicated that some of them possess certain fungicidal activity against Botrytis cinerea, Gibberlla zeae, Rhizoctonia solani, Venturia nashicola at a dose of 50 μg/mL. The EC50 value of title compounds B-8、B-9、B-10、B-12 was reached 1.0, 0.2, 1.2 and 0.4 μg/mL against B. cinerea, the effect was approximated or better than pyrimethail and EC50 value of title compounds B-8, B-10, B-11 was reached 0.07, 0.2 and 0.05 μg/mL against G. zeae, the effect was better than carbendazim.

The earliest change of ERG in birdshot chorioretinopathy was the prolongation of cone ERG implicit time. Followed by the decrease of dark-adapted b wave amplitude. The b wave amplitude of cone ERG decreased later. The duration of the disease correlates with the amplitude of b wave in the same patient. The a wave was the last affected and the decrease of the a wave amplitude was disproportionate compared to that of b wave, revealing a typical negative type ERG.

结果发现最早的变化为锥细胞ERG潜伏期的延长；接着是暗适应b波振幅下降，锥细胞b波下降较晚，同一患者病程的长短和ERG b波振幅下降幅度一致；a波振幅下降晚于b波，且下降不成比例，出现负相ERG，可作为诊断此疾病的特征性ERG。

It is confirmed that under the illumination of light the dark-adaptedBR is quickly turned into the light-adapted, and undergoes a photo-chemical cycle then through a sequence of intermediates of J, K, L,comes into a more stable intermediate-M state. M state relaxes to B state in about one hour. B state converts completely into D state after 24 hours. B state initiates the photochemical cycle under illumination, while it can transform into D state in the dark. So B state is a key intermediate in the BR photochemical cycle.
