By using the data sets of the oceanic and atmospheric angular momentum during 1985~1995, the mean energy of the oceanic and atmospheric excitation in Chandler wobble band is estimated and compared with that of the geodetically observed excitation.

用1985~1995年期间海洋角动量变化序列和大气角动量变化序列，分析它们对Chandler摆动的激发能量以及它们与天文观测激发的相干性。

It is shown that GPS/PWV data with an time interval of 30 minutes reflected spatial and temporal changes of atmospheric vapor intuitionally and duly, the features of GPS/PWV changes had corresponding relations with the precipitation, the divergence of GPS/PWV showed the distributions of the convergence and divergence of atmospheric vapor.

分析还表明：每30min一次的GPS/Pwv资料能直观地、及时地反映大气中水汽的时间变化和空间变化；GPS/Pwv资料随时间的演变特征与降水有较好的对应关系；GPS/Pwv的散度资料可以反映大气中水汽的辐合、辐散分布情况。

The maximum perturbation accelerations and their percentage contribution in the sum of all accelerations due to the lunisolar perturbations,Earth tides,ocean tides,atmospheric tides,pole tides,relativity effects,atmospheric drag and solar radiation pressure are computed on the basis of simulated orbit.

结果表明：①在1.0ⅹ10-9m/s2的非保守力测量精度内，除大气潮可忽略外，其余摄动必须考虑；②考虑GOCE预期定轨精度(3 cm)，在弧长小于2.0 h的短弧定轨中，固体极潮和大气潮的影响可忽略，在长弧定轨中，忽略任何一种保守力的轨道预报时间均不足0.5 d；③各种潮汐对重力梯度观测值的影响量级均小于GOCE预期的测量精度(3 mE)。
