Objective: In this parper, we studied the key problems of resolution and determination,which haven,t been solved by HPLC in Cordyceps sinensis.,such as chromatography condition and extraction condition. Using the condition we studied out, we analysed the nucleosides in Cordyceps sinensis . and in its adulterations and counterfeits by HPLC. The purpose is to find the difference between Cordyceps sinensis . and its adulterations, and also to provide a effective method for quality assess of Cordyceps sinensis .
