Methods:Wild rodents were captured by snap-traps in three different ecological habitats in the region from June 1998 to May 1999.7 species of rodents,568 individuals were examined for ectoparasites,16 species of flea,3 species of tick,22 species of gamasid mite,and 7 species of chigger mite collected.
