Results Primary clinical manifestation of 9 patients were abulia,behavior disorders,thalamic aphasia,left spatial neglect,visual space function disorders,memory disorders.

结果9例患者主要临床表现为：意志缺乏和行为障碍、丘脑性失语和左侧空间忽视及视空间功能障碍、记忆障碍，而均无脑神经损害及运动、感觉障碍。

Results: 14 aphasic patients, including 1 RHL and 13 LHLs, were found 11 of 72 patients had apparent reading disorder, including 7 LHLs with language reading disorder and 4 RHLs with neglect reading disorder; and 29 of 72 patients had apparent writing disorder, including 13 LHLs with language writing disorder and 16 RHLs among whom 9 cases had visual space writing disorder and 7 cases had language writing disorder; RHLs showed lighter listenning comprehension disorder than that of LHLs in the test.

A review of the literature in Taiwan revealed a lack of recent systematic analysis on dysphasia. The purpose of this article was to discuss dysphasia within the concept analysis framework provided by Walker and Avant (2004). This article verified and confirmed the conceptual characteristics of dysphasia; identified antecedents and consequences; and elaborated on previous cases (including model, borderline, contradictory, and related cases).
