Anatomical study proved:①.4~8 nutritional vessels of sural nerve –small saphenous vein were the intermuscular perforators of peroneal artery, the furthermost one located at(1.0±1.3)cm above the tip of external malleolus with diameter (0.6±0.2)mm;②.2~6 musculocutaneous perforators were given off by the artery of outer head of gastrocnemius muscle to supply nutrition to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein;③.intermuscular perforators from peroneal artery supplied blood to fibula and outer head of soleus muscle.the perforators with an average outer diameter of （1.3-1.6）cm gave off cutaneous branch ,fascial branch and nutritional vessels to the sural nerve-small saphenous vein,which formed the vessel chain of the sural nerve-small saphenous vein ,sub-fascial and suprafascial vessel net.

结果：1、解剖实验证实：①、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管来自腓动脉肌间隔穿支4～8支，最远的跟外侧动脉穿支距外踝尖上(1.0±1.3)cm，外径(0.6±0.2)mm。②、腓肠肌外侧头动脉沿途发2-6支的肌皮穿支营养腓肠神经-小隐静脉。③、腓动脉肌间隔穿支营养腓骨、比目鱼肌外侧半。上述穿皮支平均外径在0.3～1.6mm，发出皮支、筋膜支、腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管，形成腓肠神经-小隐静脉血管链以及深、浅筋膜血管网。

With the proceeding of modern cognitive psychology and implicit memory, there"s a intergradation between social psychology and cognitive psychology, a new subject named implicit social cognition is then set up. It emphasizes the process of social cognition and mental processing in social context. As the importance of attitude in social cognition, the study of implicit attitude is currently the necessary issue to be resolved.There"re two sections in this dissertation.

随着现代认知心理学和内隐记忆研究的兴起，社会心理学和认知心理学出现了融合的趋势，形成了对内隐社会认知研究的探讨，注重对社会认知过程及个体在社会环境中的心理加工过程，基于态度在社会认知中的重要作用，内隐态度的研究成为目前内隐社会认知研究的前沿问题。

In this research, a system of various levels of task difficulty was set up by a complex rule. Three characteristics of implicit learning were detected with this system: 1 Implicit learning didn't work under the condition of the most difficult task. 2 When the task became easier, implicit learning started working on some level of task difficulty. 3 The efficiency of implicit learning would become higher if the task became easier; but there was a limit to the efficiency of implicit learning.

本研究利用自行设计的复杂规则产生出不同难度的任务系统，进而通过实验阐明了内隐学习的三个特征：在任务难度极大的情况下，内隐学习并不发挥作用；在任务难度降低到一定程度的时候，内隐学习开始发挥作用，这仿佛是一个"阈限"；随着任务难度逐渐降低，内隐学习的效率也随着提高，但是最终停止在一个较高的水平而不再继续上升。

The additional supplements including glucose,ascorbic acid and insulin had the enhancement effects on C.andersoni development,while folic acid had no significantly effect on C. andersoni development and calcium pantothenate had inhibited effect.When added 50 mmol/L glucose,50μg/ml ascorbic acid,0.3 U/ml insulin into 10%FCS RPMI-1640 medium,the proliferation of C.andersoni had a great significantly increase,and the gene copies of C.andersoni were 8-fold compared with that in 10%FCS RPMI-1640 medium.

冻融法+蛋白酶K法+声裂法提纯隐孢子虫卵囊DNA效果最佳，其次为冻融法+声裂法和蛋白酶K法+声裂法，冻融法+蛋白酶K法效果最差。10%FCS是培养安氏隐孢子虫的最佳FCS浓度，葡萄糖、维生素C和胰岛素都具有促安氏隐孢子虫增殖作用，泛酸钙无促虫体增殖效果，而叶酸则抑制虫体增殖。10%FCS RPMI-1640培养液中加入50 mmol/L葡萄糖，50μg/ml维生素C和0.3 U/ml胰岛素促安氏隐孢子虫增殖效果最显著，虫体增殖8倍。
