The dispersing behaviour and dispersing law of nano-TiO2 in HEPS were studied. It is found that the particle size of nano -TiO2 rises up as content of coupling and nano-TiO2 is in creased,or as shear rate is decreased.

对纳米TiO_2在HIPS的分散行为进行表征，并研究其分散规律，发现纳米TiO_2在HIPS的分散，随偶联剂用量、纳米TiO_2含量的增大及剪切速率的降低，体系中的纳米TiO_2特征粒径随之增大。

The viscosity of the system before the phase inversion point is almost constant independent on stress, which is the characteristics of Newtonian fluid.The systems after the phase inversion point exhibit high viscoelasticity and strong pseudoplasticity at relatively high stress.
