方法采用随机加大对照方法，选择80例76岁以上择期手术患者分为3组：A组15例为连续硬膜外阻滞麻醉组；B组25例为静吸复合全身麻醉组；C组40例为小剂量低浓度硬膜外阻滞复合静吸全身麻醉组。

足月初产妇120例随机双盲分成三组：研究组为A组和B组，对照组为c组。A组(n=40)蛛网膜下腔阻滞麻醉用药为0.75%左旋布比卡因10mg，使用腰麻硬膜外联合阻滞行剖宫产术，B组(n=40)以3％氯普鲁卡因为硬膜外麻醉的局麻药，使用硬膜外麻醉阻滞行剖宫产术，c组(n=40)腰麻用药为0.75%布比卡因10mg，使用腰麻硬膜外联合阻滞行剖宫产术。

Methods 300 primiparas were divided into three groups. 将300例宫口开全的初产妇分为三组，每组100例。A组宫缩时有排便感且肛门褶松开时应用盐酸利多卡因行双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉；B组在胎头拨露2～3 cm时应用盐酸利多卡因行双侧阴部神经阻滞麻醉；C组不进行镇痛处理。
