RESULTS: Both HPC and treatment with ruthenium red (5μmol/L) during the first 10 min reoxygenation improved recovery of LVDP±dp/dt and decreased LVEDP, which was associated with reduced infarct size and lactate dyhydrogenase release.

用TTC染色法测心肌梗死面积。结果：低氧预处理和低氧后复氧期的前10min用钌红(5μmol/L)处理均可促进LVDP、±dp/dt，和LVEDP的恢复，减小心肌梗死面积，减少LDH释放。

However, no additive effect could be found when caffeine and ETX were concomitantly incubated. Ruthenium red, which is a blocker of cation channels and perhaps a blocker of CICR, could inhibit the effects of caffeine and ETX by 94% and 80%, respectively.〓, replacing 〓 in Kreb's solution, inhibited ETX-evoked CGRP release by 82%. Ryanodine (1-100μM) or Tris-ATP had no effect on both basal and ETX-induced CGRP release.

The result using inhibitors of Ca〓 channels supported above observation. When Ca〓 channels in plasma membrane were blocked by LaCl〓, verapamil or nifedipine, and the Ca〓 channels in endomembranes opened naturally, extracellular CaM couldn't induce 〓 increase. When Ca〓 channels in endomembranes were blocked by ruthenium red and the Ca〓 channels in plasma membrane opened naturally, extracellular CaM induced Ca〓 increase in guard cells, but the extent of Ca〓 increase was lower than that of control.

实验结果如下：(1)最后区内注射辣椒素可引起MAP、HR和RSNA明显增加，分别由12.34±0.53kPa、328.52±7.54bpm和100±0％增至15.17±0.25kPa（P＜0.001）、354.81±8.54bpm(P.001)和156.95±7.57%(P.001)；(2)静脉注射辣椒素受体阻断剂钌红(100mmol/L， 0.2ml)后，辣椒素的上述效应可被明显抑制；(3)预先应用NMDA受体阻断剂MK-801(500μg/kg， 0.2ml， iv)也明显抑制辣椒素的兴奋效应。

The excitatory response to intracarotid injection of capsaicin was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with the vanilloid receptor antagonist ruthenium red (200mmol, 0.1ml), The results indicate that capsaicin may activate the neurons of the brainstem nuclei involved in cardiovascular regulation through vanilloid receptors, but does not exert any effects on PAG and RN.

Chenopodium album,Solanum nigrum, and Amaranthus retroflexus were very susceptible to the herbicides. The relationship between reduction rates of weed biomass and PPM values of weed leaves 2,4, and 6 days after treatment was established.
