Making use of the elementary matrix form of stereohomology, this work presents a theoretical framework with the approximately axiomatized form in computer graphics especially the three dimensional reconstruction based on homogeneous coordinates, and the analytical forms of projection and reconstruction with generalized meaning have been obtained, in which the Moore-Penrose pseudo-inverse of the camera matrix is employed.

通过给出的中心投影和平行投影等的解析解，提出计算机图形学、尤其是三维重建方面，基于齐次坐标表象的公理化的理论框架，并由此得到采用Moore-Penrose广义逆的、具有较为一般意义的投影与重建过程的解析表达式。

Historically, isolated FCL injuries have been treated by direct repair,2 augmentation with a strip of the common biceps tendon,3,38 augmentation with a portion of the iliotibial band,3 imbrication and advancement with a bone block,7,13 or reconstruction using allograft tissue at nonanatomic attachment sites.4,6,24,29 However, to our knowledge no anatomic approach to reconstructing nonrepairable isolated FCL injuries has been published.

Results: Both MIP and SSD 3D images could direct display the shape, size and correlation of malleus and incus, the incus-stapedial joint was like"L-shape" structure, but it was difficult to exhibit the footplate, anterior and posterior crura of stepes.Cholesteatomas was found in 12 cases with chronic otitis media, that 3D images exhibited varying degrees of destruction of the auditory ossides, and the display ability of SSD 3D image was slightly better than that of MIP 3D image.

结果：MIP和SSD 3D重建都能直观地观察锤、砧骨的形态、大小及相互关系，砧镫关节呈"L"形，镫骨前后脚及底板显示欠佳。18例中耳炎患者中12例胆脂瘤形成，3D重建显示有不同程度的听小骨破坏，SSD 3D的显示效果略好于MIP 3D。

Further, 1 case with COM had a non-healing perforation and 1 case with cholesteatoma had the complication of labyrinthitis. CONCLUSION: The overall outcome of non-cholesteatoma cases showed efficient improvement of hearing by skillfully performed ossiculoplasty. Of the cholesteatoma cases, hearing was reconstructed after removing ossicles for disease eradication.
