Understanding Network is one kind of Complex Network, it is a relationship between people and others in the real society, in the process of metaboly and affectional intercommunion, this relationship comes into being and develops.

人际了解网络是复杂网络的一种，是现实社会里，人们在进行物质交换和精神交往的过程中建立、发展起来的人与人之间的关系，它即具有网络的一般特征，又具有其自身的特点。

Two-phase-learning is adopted. The strongpoint is that intuitionistic knowledge can be used to control the segmentation by using input-weight and distant-weight. Examples prove that segmentation using SOFM network is right and efficient. Surface fitting is an absolutely necessarily process in REGM. Surface fitting includes algebraic and parametric surface fitting. Algebraic surface fitting has not extra requirement for data distribute format and boundary shape.

第三种方法把人工智能用于反向工程的数据分区，因为数据分区的实质是相似特征的聚类，而神经网络可以实现自组织特征映射，在本论文中第一次把自组织特征映射神经网络用于多视图点云的数据分区，通过神经网络对数据点的坐标、法向量等几何特征进行聚类，并且运用了快速稳定的训练方法——两阶段训练算法，最重要的是，通过距离权值和输入权值可以把用户观察所得的直观知识加入聚类过程。

In the situation, this paper brought up the risk analysis and evaluation method on the basis of intelligent control and network communication technology for Network Communication System. The risk analysis and evaluation of Network Communication System firstly discussed the character of network communication and its risk. At the following we estimate a risk evaluation model according the distribution of the systems risk by time and space. Otherwise, we combined Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation with Analytic Hierarchy Process, and set up the multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for Network Communication System.

该方案主要通过讨论网络通信系统及其风险的特性，根据风险的时间和空间分布规律，以"风险"为整个网络通信系统安全模型的评估和分析对象，确立网络通信系统风险分布的量化评估模型，同时，就不同区域和不同时段的风险通过引入层次分析的一般方法来确定它们的权重系数，最后，通过模糊综合评判法则对系统中模糊不确定性因素进行数学化的抽象，建立一个反映其本质特征和动态过程的理想化的数学评估模型。

The result shows that the Singapore airline route does not have characteristic of the small-world network. However, the present paper chooses the inappropriate sample resulting in biased result through careful inspection of the calculation process, so the hypothesis that the network connectivity pattern has the characteristic of small-world network cannot be rejected by the experiment result.

结果显示新加坡航空公司之飞机航线网络似乎具备小世界网络之特性，但再检视推算过程发现验证结果的符应是样本选择偏误所造成的，因此本文认为实证结果并无法完全推翻全球城市网络结型态是具备小世界特性之研究假。

介绍了神经网络在工业控制系统中的应用；论述了建立非线性被控对象的神经网络模型问题；介绍了神经网络控制的主要方案，这些方案可用于过程控制和电气传动控制系统。

At last, the goal is that devices between the field level and the baylevel is easy to interlink,in spite of voltage being l0KV or 500KV insPitC of GlS or trolly wire being used, in spite of oPtical voltage/currenttransducer or combined voltage/current sensors being used in the field level, in spite of devices produced by ABB or GEC being used, in case that the interface scheme (including adopting which kind of network and standard) between the field level and the bay level is confirmed.

最终要达到这样一个目的，一旦过程层与间隔层的接口方案确定（包括确定使用何种网络、依据哪一个标准），那么不管系统电压是10KV还是500KV，不管是GIS还是架空线，不管过程层使用的是组合式电压/电流传感器还是光纤电压/电流互感器，不管过程层使用的是ABB的设备还是GEC的设备，过程层的设备就可以同间隔层的设备很容易地实现互连。

At first, the dissertation neatened the meanings ,types and characters of rubric systematacially; found out the deficiencies in the researchs at home and abroad by literature, and analysed the current problems in using the rubric by questionnaire and interview; based on the analysis on the platforms" functions abroad and the demands of users, the author designed and developed a web-based rubric which can create rubric and assess students online; primarily designed a teaching assessment process based on rubric by the education assessment theories, and by action research, sampled the BiGguiYuan middle school students in Grade 2 as the research objects, used the rubric in information technology teaching; during the study, the author observed the teaching activities,students" learning behaviors and teaching blogs; finally, the author analyzed the dates from questionnaire and teachers interview and observing of the researcher,testified each other in order to validate the effect of applying rubric.

本文首先对量规的含义、类型和特点等进行了系统梳理；通过文献调研发现国内外研究中的不足，并运用问卷调查法和访谈法，分析出当前使用量规过程中存在的问题；在对国外平台的功能和国内用户需求分析的基础上，设计和开发了一个基于网络的量规自动生成和在线评价平台；本研究在现代教育评价理论的指导下，初步设计出基于量规的教学评价过程，通过行动研究，选取顺德碧桂园学校初二学生作为研究对象，在《信息技术》教学中运用该过程；在研究过程中，对教师教学活动、学生的课堂学习行为以及教学日志进行了观察；最后运用&三角互证法&对问卷调查数据、教师的访谈和研究者的观察记录进行分析，验证量规的应用效果。
