本文通过对一例氧过敏试验阳性的反应及处置，分析认真做好进舱前的准备工作、加压过程中的指导工作及吸氧过程中认真细致观察工作的重要性。

In this observational study, 65 children were treated with SLIT with a build-up phase of 11 days, culminating in a peak dose of 300 IR, and followed by a maintenance phase of 300 IR three times weekly. There were 51 boys and 14 girls; age range was 38 to 80 months (median age, 60 months). Allergens used were house dust mites in 42 patients, grass pollen in 11, olive pollen in five, Parietaria pollen in four, and cypress pollen in three patients. Adverse reactions and changes in the treatment schedule were compared in children aged 38 to 60 months vs those aged 61 to 80 months.

The toxicity to the liver were found in 27.8% and skin rashes appeared also in 27.8% of the patients. Eleven point one percent of the patients had different degrees of alopecia and toxicity of oculi, while the toxicity to the heart was only 2.78%.

结果27.8%的出现肝损害，2.78%的患者出现心脏毒性，11.1%的患者出现眼毒性，27.8%的患者出现皮肤过敏，69.4%的患者出现消化道反应，11.1%的患者有不同程度的脱发，36例患者均无肾功损害。

Eleven point one percent of the patients had different degrees of alopecia and toxicity of oculi, while the toxicity to the heart was only 2.78%. No toxicity to kindey appeared in all the patients involved.

结果27.8%的出现肝损害，2.78%的患者出现心脏毒性，11.1%的患者出现眼毒性，27.8%的患者出现皮肤过敏，69.4%的患者出现消化道反应，11.1%的患者有不同程度的脱发，36例患者均无肾功损害。

Results Reactions of digestive tract such as nausea and vomiting occurred in 69.4% of the patients. The toxicity to the liver were found in 27.8% and skin rashes appeared also in 27.8% of the patients.
