After that to make it polarize in MS+30g/L suger+100mg/L cef+10.0mg/L km. The percentage of km resistant callus was reached max after infection for 45 min, the average is 29.66%. Simultaneity, tender leave callus are infected 5 min by A. tumefaciens liquid in different negative pressure, and kept on 15 min in Agrodacterium tumefaciens liquid without negative pressure. Then screen out resistant callus and obtain transgenic plants. When the negative pressure is -0.05MP the percentage of km resistant callus was reached max, the average rate is 37.5%.

将心叶接种于MS+2.4-D1.5mg/L+30g/L 蔗糖，琼脂0.7%，pH5.8 培养基中25℃暗培养20d 后继代一次，诱导产生Ⅱ型胚性愈伤组织，用镊子将其夹碎成2mm2大小的小块，置入添加100mg/L AS 的根癌农杆菌LBA4404 菌液中，侵染时间为45min，共培养3 天后，转入MS+2.4-D1.5mg/L+30g/L 蔗糖+500mg/L Cef 培养基中恢复7天，再转入MS+2.4-D1.5mg/L+30g/L 蔗糖+100mg/L Cef+10.0mg/L Km 中，遮光培养20d后，置入其MS+30g/L 蔗糖+100mg/L Cef+10.0mg/L Km 分化，卡那霉素抗性愈伤组织获得率在侵染45min 时达到最大值平均为29.66%；同时以甘蔗心叶愈伤组织材料，通过循环水式真空泵，产生负压，设定不同的负压值，在农杆菌菌液中感染5min 后，在负压条件下继续侵染15min 后，筛选出抗性愈伤组织并获得转化植株，其中在负压为-0.05 时转化率达到最大值，其卡那霉素抗性愈伤组织获得率平均为37.5%。

Result:The grades of the abilities of mass motor and balance were positively correlated with the A reaction time,total reaction time of Stroop Test,and negatively correlated with the score of down-reciting in Wechsler Memory Scale.The standard score of lack of learning ability or mal-coordination was positively correlated with the D reaction time,total reaction time and the number of D errors and total errors in Stroop Test,and positively correlated with the standard grade in Ravin's Standard Progressive Matrices.The negative correlation was existed between the grade of touch excessive defense,emotionalinstability and the errors in C part and the reaction time in interference of word color in the Stroop Test.

结果：感觉统合功能量表中，大肌肉及平衡能力的等级评分与Stroop测验的A反应时、总反应时呈正相关，与韦氏记忆中倒背数字得分呈负相关；触觉过度防御及情绪不稳的等级评分与Stroop测验的C错误数和色干扰呈负相关；本体感不佳、身体协调不良的等级评分与Stroop测验的C错误数和总错误数呈负相关；学习能力发展不足或协调不良的等级评分与Stroop测验的D反应时、总反应时、D错误数、总错误数以及瑞文标准推理测验的标准等级分呈正相关；大年龄的特殊问题的等级评分与Stroop测验的C错误数、D错误数、总错误数呈负相关。

Major results were summarized as follows:(1) A total of 58 tree species from 53 genera in 36 families among which 8 species were Rosaceae, 5 species were Liliaceae, 5 species were Eriaceae, 3 species were Ranunculaceae, 3 species were Compositae, 2 species were Cupressaceae, 2 species were Caprifoliaceae, 2 species were Umblliferae, and other 28 tree species were only one receptively. These were recorded in the 8 plots of the A. georgei var. smithii forest;(2) Number of families, genera, species and Margalef index correlated negatively with altitude (P.05), with a peak at 3600 m.(3) Shannon-Wiener index correlated negatively with altitude (P.01), and maintained stable at the altitudes between 3700~4100 m, evenness with altitudes, however, this trend was insignificant.(4) Jaccard index increased sharply with increasing altitude at the altitudes between 3600~4100 m, and was lower between different vegetation types at the altitudes between 4100~4200. Cody index β(subscript c decreased with an increasing altitude, but there were 2 troughs between 4000~4100 m and 4200~4300 m.(5) Maximum tree height H(subscript max and HH(subscript max=37 mcorrelated negatively with altitude (P.05); but basal area and BA BA(subscript max=5.3m^2 correlated with altitudes, however, this trend was insignificant.

结果表明：(1)在调查的8个急尖长苞冷杉林样地内共有植物58种，分属于36科53属，其中植物较多的科有蔷薇科8种、百合科5种、杜鹃花科5种、毛茛科3种、菊科3种、柏科2种、忍冬科2种、伞形科2种，其余的28科各只有1个种；(2)物种科、属、种数、Margalef指数D(下标 M与海拔存在显著的负相关性(P.05)，在分布急尖长苞冷杉最低海拔3600m处出现物种丰富度的最大值；(3)多样性指数与海拔之间有极显著的负相关性(P.01)，并且在3700~4100m之间多样性指数保持稳定；均匀度指数与海拔梯度之间存在负相关性，但不显著；(4)Jaccard指数C(下标 j在海拔3600~4100m随海拔的升高而升高，在生境过渡带的4100~4200m之间Jaccard指数C(下标 j较低；Cody指数β(下标 c随海拔的升高呈下降的趋势，但在4000~4100m和4200~4300m 海拔区间出现2个低谷；(5)最大树高H(下标 max和最大胸径DBH(下标 max与海拔之间存在显著负相关性(P.05)；胸高断面积之和和立木密度与海拔之间存在负相关性，但不显著。
