AbstractObjective To analyze the combined therapy and effect of mycotic keratitis.

论文摘要目的分析真菌性角膜炎的综合治疗方法和效果。

Methods 46 cases who were diagnosed with mycotic keratitis from January,2006 to August,2008 in our hospital were diagnosed by corneal scraping test under microscope.

对2006年1月至2008年8月在我院治疗的真菌性角膜炎46例采用角膜刮片镜检进行诊断，运用综合方法治疗，观察治疗效果。

Corneal scraping test under microscope is an effective method in the ealy diagnosis of mycotic keratitis.

角膜刮片镜检是早期诊断真菌性角膜炎的有效方法，综合治疗可取得良好治疗效果。

Fusarium and curvularia are the predominant pathogens of mycotic keratitis in zhanjiang district.

镰刀菌和弯孢霉是湛江地区真菌性角膜炎的主要致病菌。

30 eyes of superficial corneal diseases including corneal dystrophy 12 eyes,scar after infection 7 eyes, dimmer nummular keratitis 6 eyes,scar after trauma 3 eyes and band degeneration 2 eyes were treated with PTK, and examined the uncorrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity and refraction respectively at one week,one month,three months and six months after PTK.The analysis of variance and chi-square test were used.

对角膜浅层病变30眼，包括角膜营养不良12眼，感染后角膜瘢痕7眼，钱币状角膜炎6眼，外伤性角膜瘢痕3眼和角膜带状变性2眼行PTK治疗，于术后1周、1、3、6月分别检查裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力和屈光状态等并回顾分析其疗效。

Methods PCR was used to detect herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1)DNA in 33 eyes with active HSK,5 eyes with serpiginous corneal ulcer and 5 eyes with keratitis with unknown cause.

Results The results showed that 24 of 30 eyes with active HSK with epithelial lesions were positive for HSV-1 DNA.None of the five serpiginous corneal ulcers were positive.Of the five keratitis with unknown causes,one was positive.

结果 活动期HSK具有上皮病变者30眼中24眼检出HSV-1 DNA，5眼匐形性角膜溃疡全部未检出HSV-1 DNA；5眼原因不明角膜炎中1眼检出HSV-1 DNA。
