Objective To investigate the action of GoLiLingSan on anti-inflammation and anti-carcinogen.Methods The model of acute inflammation was made on rats or mice by xylol,croton oil and carrageen in the model of chronic inflammation was made by cotton-pellets,and the model of tumor was made by S 180 and H 22 .The action of anti-inflammation,anti-carcinogen and the rate of life extension were observed.

目的 探讨高丽灵散的抗炎及抗癌作用方法用二甲苯、巴豆油、角叉菜胶造成、小鼠急性炎症模型；用棉球肉芽肿造成小鼠癌症模型，用S 180 、H 22 瘤株造成小鼠癌症模型，观察高丽灵散的抗炎、抗癌作用及生命延长率。

Methods the models of xylene-induced ear edema in mice, hind paw edema induced with carrageen in rats, granuloma induced with cotton ball in rats, and capillary permeability increase induced with acetic acid in mice were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.

目的 研究岗梅水提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法和醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高法观察岗梅水提取物的抗炎作用。

Methods Firstly, the acute prostatitis models induced by 1% carrageen injection in rats and treated with "AKHJ" 6.5, 13, 26 gkg-1d-1, ig for 7 d, respectively.

用1%角叉菜胶生理盐水溶液致大鼠急性前列腺炎模型，观察AKHJ抗实验性急性前列腺炎作用。

Results The water extract from Radix et Caulis Ilicis Asprellae could inhibit xylene-induced ear edema and capillary permeability increase in mice, hind paw edema and PGE2 increase induced with carrageen and granuloma induced with cotton ball in rats.

结果 岗梅水提取物能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足跖肿胀及炎性组织中PGE2的生成

Result: The gout adhesive plaster can obviously inhibit the intumescence of the big mouse' feet caused by MSU and carrageen and raise the painful threshold value of the pain caused by the hot plate test and tail-compression test.

痛风贴能明显抑制MSU及角叉菜胶诱发的大鼠足肿胀，能不同程度地提高热板法及压尾法所致疼痛的痛阈值

Results:MCP had antipyretic effect on big rats with fever caused by yeast and antiindlammatory on rats with plantar inflammation caused by egg white and carrageen and auris inflammation caused by dimethylbenzenne.It also had inhibitory effect on tampon granuloma and cough caused by ammoria.

结果 ：麝香牛黄丸对酵母致热大鼠有解热作用；对大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖肿和小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有明显的抗炎作用，对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有一定的抑制作用，并能减轻氨水导致的咳嗽。

Methods Analgesic effects of Shengning suppository were observed with pain model mice by acetic acid or hot plate test. Antiinflammatory effects were studied with ear acute edema model induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and rat foot edema model induced by carrageen, and antipruritic action was observed with allergic pruritic model caused by histamine in guinea pigs.
