B货物装运前 10—15 日，买方应电告卖方合同号，船只名称，船只预计到港日期，装运数量及船运代理人的名称，以便卖方可与该船运代理人联系及安排货物的装运。

In case the goods are not shipped within the stipulated time, we will withdraw this order.

如果货物不能按时装运，我们将取消订单。如果货物不能按时装运，我们将取消订单。

One set copt of above shipping documents and original of certificate of origin must beairmailed to applicant by express within 48 hours after shipment.

Party B shall be liable for any dead freight or demurrage, should they fail to have the quantity of the goods ready for loading in time as stipulated, while the carrying vessel has arrived at the port of shipment as advised.

如果乙方没有根据规定，及时地把装运货物准备好，而装运船只已经到达所通知的港口，乙方应负责所有的空舱费和滞期费。

The emphasis in this condition is that the document checker must be able to determine that the bill of lading appears to indicate that the shipped on board statement (pre-printed wording or by a separate notation) relates to loading on board the named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit and not to any pre-carriage of the goods between a place of receipt or taking in charge and the port of loading.

因此，可以看出如果货物的接受监管地不同于指定的装运港，那么，提单上反映的'已装船批注'必须显示从指定的装运港出发的船名而不是从收货地到装运港的船只或其他运输工具。

Seller shall, not later than days before the time of shipment, inform Buyer by Fax of the name, nationality, age and other details of the carrying vessel as well as the contract number of each shipment.
