Celangulins is a novel botanical insecticide from Chinese traditional insecticidal plant, Celastrus angulatus Max.

是我国著名的传统杀虫植物，基于其中杀虫活性成分开发的植物源杀虫剂苦皮藤素已获得了3项中国发明专利，6β-丙氧基苦皮藤素Ⅴ是近年来通过苦皮藤素Ⅴ衍生合成得到的毒杀成分。

The active compound Celangulin-V, which is the main active compound against insect pest from Celastrus angulatus Max, was modified at its 6-OH and the core structure β-dihydroagarofuran polyol of Celangulins from the basic hydrolysis of the extract of the root bark of Celastrus angulatus Max was modified by combinatorial chemical method.

主要结果如下： 1、合成了苦皮藤素V6-乙酯、6-烯丙基醚和6-酮等衍生物，通过NMR方法鉴定了化合物的结构，经文献检索均为新化合物，生测结果表明酮衍生物丧失了杀虫活性，乙酯衍生物与苦皮藤素V活性相当，醚衍生物较苦皮藤素V活性提高11倍。

Rhynchophylline, a neuroprotective agent isolated from the traditional Chinese medicinal herb Uncaria rhynchophylla, was shown to affect voltage-gated K+ channel slow inactivation in mouse neuroblastoma N2A cells.

钩藤碱是从传统中国草药钩藤中，所萃取出来具有神经保护作用的成分。我们以小鼠神经母瘤细胞N2A细胞膜上的电位调控钾离子通道为实验材料，发现钩藤碱能影响Kv通道的慢性钝化过程。

Male adult rats were randomly divided into five groups,which were treated via gastric gavage of distilled water(1 mL·kg-1),solution of GTW(10 mg·kg-1) and three doses of water decoction of root of C.cuneata (1.8,5.4,18 g·kg-1)+ GTW(10 mg·kg-1),respectively.8 weeks later,GTW was stopped and the decoction and water continued for another 4 weeks.And then,all the male rats were copulated with adult female rats.

将成年雄性大鼠随机分组，分别给予雷公藤多苷片溶液(10 mg.kg-1)，野山楂根水煎剂(1.8，5.4，18 g.kg-1)+雷公藤多苷片溶液(10 mg.kg-1)和蒸馏水(1 mL.kg-1)灌胃，8周后停用雷公藤多苷，中药组继续行野山楂根灌胃。4周后各组动物与成年雌性大鼠交配，观察交配雌鼠妊娠率和平均胚胎、黄体数。

Results:(1) The rats produced amphetamine CPP after treated with 2 mgkg^(-1) amphetamine for 4 days. Ketamine and low, middle, high dose rhynchophylline all could eliminate the CPP effect, and the effect of rhychophylline was increased in a dose-dependent manner. Rhychophylline itself could not induce CPP in normal rats.(2) When compared with normal rats, the NR2B expression in nucleus accubens and amygdaloid of the model rats was obviously increased. Ketamine and middle, high dose rhynchophylline could decrease NR2B expression induced by amphetamine, while low dose rhynchophylline did not affect NR2B expression. Rhynchophylline had no effect on RN2B expression in normal rats.

结果：(1)建立了苯丙胺（2mgkg^(-1)，连续4d）诱导的位置偏爱模型，氯胺酮及钩藤碱低、中、高剂量均可消除苯丙胺诱导的位置偏爱效应，随钩藤碱剂量增加其效应加强，且本身无精神依赖性；(2)苯丙胺模型组大鼠伏核和杏仁核NR2B蛋白表达增加，氯胺酮及钩藤碱中、高剂量抑制NR2B表达，低剂量及本身对NR2B表达无影响。

RESULTS:The treatment of Caulis Trip terygii combined with low dose of CsA could significantly prolong the survival o f cardi oallgraft,and no infection occurred.

结果：雷公藤联合小剂量CsA，移植心的存活期为显著高于单用雷公藤或单加CsA，其疗效超过单用雷公藤或单加CsA，而且无感染发生。
