This system included s light micro-scope to magnify the image of the micro-structure and project the image of the CCD camera; froze the high speed motion station of micro-structure based on stroboscopic principle to get a serial of dynamic images; and used the optical algorithm based on label field and neighborhood optimization method to motion estimation for sequential images of micro-structures to obtain dynamic characteristics parameters.

The digital speciemen image of adult Helicoverpa armigera Hubner was acquired using a digital camera in an image acquisition environment.Several methods of image enhancement were covered, including linear smoothing, median filtering, linear greylevel transformation, contrast stretching, image inversing and histogram equalization. In this method, all stable sub-intervals in the training sequence were located for each pixel as possible background. Then a classify data set was constructed by the median values of each subinterval. A background subset was obtained from the data set by unsupervised clustering.
