ResultsThe IC50 of the ethyl acetate extract from Alocasia macrorrhiza to A549, B16, BGC-823 were 94.6, 541.9,629.5 μg·ml-1 respectively,and those of the acetone extract from Alocasia macrorrhiza to A549 and B16 40.9,438.0 μg·ml-1 respectively. But there were quite large dosages of the IC50 of the extracts of cyclohexane, benzine, ethyl alcohol and water from Alocasia macrorrhiza to all kinds of cell lines.

结果海芋醋酸乙酯提取物对A549，B16，BGC-823的IC50分别为94.6， 541.9，629.5 μg·ml-1，丙酮提取物对A549，B16的IC50分别为40.9，438.0 μg·ml-1，而海芋的环己烷，石油醚，乙醇，水提物对各种细胞株的IC50剂量都比较大。

The viral disease is one of the limiting factors for growing calla lilies and 16 viruses have been reported. Among these viruses, Dasheen mosaic virus, a member of the genus Potyvirus, is an important and widely spread virus which can infect at least 16 genera of aroid plants.

病毒性病害为目前海芋栽培上的主要限制因子之一，国内外曾有16种病毒被报导可感染海芋，其中芋头嵌纹病毒(Dasheen mosaic virus， DsMV)可危害16属以上的天南星科植物，其分布遍及世界各地，具有经济重要性。

There is neither paper about detecting DsMV by DBH or IC-RT-PCR nor report about comparing ELISA with these methods published before. Therefore, the DsMV detection methods developed in this study can be applied to virus certification scheme of calla lily and help to produce healthy seedlings in Taiwan.

之前未曾有以DBH或IC-RT-PCR检测DsMV之报告，或这些方法与ELISA比较的相关报导，因此希望本研究所研发的DsMV检测方法未来可应用於每芋种苗病毒验证作业，以协助国内业者生产健康海芋种苗。

Comparing as BA, 0.1mg·L〓 TDZ was more effective in inducing germinating and developing of buds, regenerating prolific caespitose buds via organogenesis, promoting rhizogenesis and activity of root system greatly, as a result, acclimation survival rate was improved significantly. When leaf segments, cut from in vitro plantlets, were placed on MS media containing 0.1mg·L〓 TDZ, adventitious buds regenerated from segments. After transferred to propagated and rooted media, adventitious buds would proliferate and come into full plantlets.
