The establishment and relaxation processes of the transient gratings, which are formed by two recording 514nm beams with different polarization directions, SS, PP, SP and ±45℃, are investigated. Using the weak absorption of the chromophores at 632. 8nm and the positive dichroism of the chromophores molecules, a kind of bi-photonic transient gratings, owing to the periodic distribution of Trans and Cis isomers, is established first time in azo-dye doped polymeric bulk sample.

实验考察了两束514nm的写入光在不同偏振情况下（SS，PP，SP和±45），在样品中形成的瞬态栅的建立和弛豫情况；利用偶氮生色团在632.8nm波段的微弱吸收和生色团分子的正二向色性，首次在块状偶氮聚合物材料中形成一种基于生色团反式和顺式异构体密度分布的双色光瞬态栅；利用瞬态栅的快速建立和弛豫，考察了其在衍射型全光开关方面的潜在应用。

The optimal carrier gas velocity of prepared SE-30 series capillary chromatographic columns was studied and used to separate isomeric compounds. The separation of optical isomers of 2, 2'-dihydroxy-1, 1'-binaphthyl and 2, 2'-diamino-1, 1'-binaphthyl was studied by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography on a chiral stationary phase consisting of-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (Cyclobond Ⅰ 2000 SP)using methanol/water as the mobile phase. Their structures were elucidated as 2,3-bis(3-hydroxyphenyl)- propan-1-ol (1), [(2R,3R)-3-(4-amino-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)oxiran-2-yl]methanol (2), 8-chloro-4'- methoxy-5,6,7,3'-tetrahydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone (3), 4'-methoxy-5,6,7,3'-tetrahydroxy-2--5,6,7,8-tetrahydrochromone (4), the isomer of 4 (5), 4'-methoxy-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroxy-2-(3'-hydroxyphenethyl)-5,6,7,8- tetrahydrochromenone (6), 4'-methoxyisoagarotetrol (7), 6-hydroxy-2-(2-hydroxy-2- phenethyl)-chromone (8), 6-hydroxy-2-(2-phenethyl)-chromone (9), 6-hydroxy-2-(4'- hydroxy-2-phenethyl)-chromone (10), and Guaiacylacetone (11) by means of spectral analysis and comparison with references.

Low-boiling phenols in low-temperature coal tar are important chemical raw materials. For the identification and determination of the individual phenol boiling below 210℃ in the low temperature coal tar, the methods of gas chromatography, liquid-liquid chromatography followed by ultra-violet analysis and fractional distillation followed by infrared analysis were evaluated and compared.

随着煤炼油工业的发展，煤焦油中的酚类，特别是低級酚，作为化工原料的利用很重要，我們应用(1)气液色譜法，(2)液液色譜与紫外光譜法結合及(3)精餾与紅外光譜法結合三种不同方法对210°以前的低級酚进行了各种异构体的成分分析，比較分析結果：三种方法对同一样品进行分析时，最大絕对誤差在2％以内，其中以气液色譜法最为快速，液液色譜法次之，精餾-紅外光譜法費时間較多；但后二种方法所得数据較完全。
