In the successful achievement of autotrophic nitrogen removal for nitrite,the effect of nitrite concentration on nitrogen removal in anoxic bio-film filter was investigated.

在成功实现亚硝酸盐自养脱氮的基础上，探讨了亚硝酸盐浓度对缺氧生物膜滤池脱氮性能的影响。

And this strain degraded H〓S without lag time. The heterotrophic bacteria's generation period was short and its growth was rapid. The result of experiment indicated when the strain Hm-6 was applying to the packed tower, the startup was more quickly and the control was more convenient than the autotrophic bacterium. Applying to deodorize the H〓S, the better removalability could be got. At the same time, comparing with the system used at home of which the biofilm directly formed with activated sludge, it runs in the neutral condition, has lower corrusivity to the equipment and was liable to handle. And this system didn't need the acclimation to become biofilm, so it can save a rather long acclimation time.

异养菌虽然不以硫化物作为能源物质，但其世代周期短、生长迅速，运行管理比自养菌更为方便，具有周期短，启动迅速等优点，接种了菌株Hm-6泥炭生物填料塔，对低浓度H〓S有较高的去除效果，且没有延迟期，与国内通常采用的直接以活性污泥挂膜的方式相比，应用该菌的脱臭系统在中性条件下运行，对设备的腐蚀性较低、运行过程较易控制，具有很好的应用前景。

The above results are useful for the cultivation of transgenic cyanobacteria in enclosed photobioreactors, and would promote the application of mixotrophic cultivation system in microalgae cultivation. Besides, they are also useful to understand the interrelation between photoautotrophy and heterotrophy in cyanobacteria.

本文的研究结果在实践上可为转基因蓝藻的光生物反应器培养奠定理论和实验基础，同时可促进混合营养培养系统在微藻培养中的应用，在理论上有助于提高人们对于蓝藻光自养和异养代谢的相互作用和蓝藻光合作用及其调控的认识。
