Methods: Mature New Zealand white rabbits were utilized and divided into three groups, In experiment group Ⅰ, the PCL of the right knees in 21 rabbits were resected, the contralateral joints as control group, in which only a medial arthrotomy was performed.

实验方法以新西兰大白兔为实验对象，共分三组，实验组Ⅰ：21只兔右膝关节后交叉韧带切断，左膝行单纯关节切开术作为对照组；实验组Ⅱ：18只兔右膝关节后交叉韧带切断后即刻重建。

Arthroscopic treatment of tibial eminence fracture with suture fixation technique is reliable for fracture reduction, fixation and earl mobilization. Arthroscopy is indicated to diagnose and treat associated knee arthroscopy, re-duce the morbidity associated with arthrotomy, and restore knee unction to the greatest extent when combined with suture fixation techniques.

关节镜下缝线固定治疗前交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折，复位和固定效果好，创伤小，早期进行膝关节康复训练，能够最大程度恢复膝关节功能。

MIIGX3 was absorbed 4 weeks postoperatively and generally completely absorbed 12 weeks postoperatively. Injecting region of MIIGX3 was coincidence with normal cancellated bone 6 months postoperatively. The Rasmussen score was 25.8 of 20 patients after 6 months and 26.9 of 12 patients after 12 months.

Methods HA and TGFβ1 were measured concurrently in synovial fluid samples from 23 patients with mild OA, 28 patients with severe OA and 6 patients with disciform meniscus. The determinations of positive rate of cellsin genual synovium with HA and TGFβ1 were detected by using immunohistochemical techonology.

提取23例OA病变轻微患者，28例病变严重患者，6例对照者的滑膜组织及关节液，采用免疫组织化学方法检测膝关节滑膜组织中HA、TGFβ1的阳性细胞率及通过夹心ELISA法测定膝关节滑液中HA、TGFβ1含量。

Methods: 28 patients with isolated patellofemoral complications after total knee arthroplasty were scaned by computed tomography. The epicondylar axis and tibial tubercle were used as references to measure rotational alignment of the femoral and tibial components.

28例施行人工全膝关节置换术后出现单纯髌股关节并发症的患者进行膝关节轴位CT扫描，选择股骨髁上轴和胫骨结节作为CT扫描的参考标志来测量股骨假体和胫骨假体的旋转角度，分析旋转稳定性与髌股关节并发症的相关性。
