The studies of hydrogen behaviour in HR-1 stainless steel and its composite sample with CVD coated chromium oxidic film have been presented.

本文介绍氢在HR－1不锈钢基体及镀有氧化铬膜的复合材料中的行为研究，包括基体的准备；膜的制备；用不同手段从不同角度对膜进行的分析测试；膜与基体之间的平均结合力测定；用不锈钢材料构成的高温低压渗透回路的建造、调试、密封性能校准；纯HR－1基体材料中的氢渗透规律研究；有膜复合材料中氢的稳态迁移过程的表现规律实验结果。

Results:Prerenal foscial thickening was demonstrated in 94%(47/50) patients with pancreatitis,with 97.3%(36/37) in acute cases and 86.9%(11/13) in chromic patients whereas only two cases revealed left prerenal fascial thickening among 22 carcinoma patients (9.9%).

结果：胰腺炎组肾前筋膜增厚发生率94%(47/50)，其中急性胰腺炎肾前筋膜增厚发生率97.3%(36/37)，慢性胰腺炎肾前筋膜发生率86.9%(11/13)。胰腺癌22例中，2例肾前筋膜增厚，占9.9%，均为左侧肾前筋膜。

Collagen-chitosan-polyvinyl pyrrolidone blend film s were prepared successfully by solution method,and characterized by FT-IR,X-ray diffraction and optical transmittance.

利用溶液共混法成功制备了新型生物膜材料——胶原蛋白—壳聚糖—聚乙烯吡咯烷酮共混膜，通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射和透光率测试表征了共混膜的结构，同时测定了共混膜的力学性能，考察了溶液pH值对共混膜吸水率的影响。

Results(1) Group of electroacupuncture in Shu and dense wave can significantlyreduce the degree of ankle swelling(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has obvious anti-inflammatory and repercussive roles;(2) Theresults of HE staining showed that group of electroacupuncture in Shuand dense wave can significantly reduce inflammatory cell infiltration,inhibit synovial cell proliferation, and decrease proliferation of granulationtissue in rats joints;(3) group of electroacupuncture in dense-wave can increase the pain thresholdof experimental rats (P＜0.05, P＜0.01), reduce the content of peripheral painmediums, such as K~+, DA and 5-HT(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), which shows thatelectroacupuncture has significant analgesic effect;(4) In the local lesion of joints, electroacupuncture can significantly reducethe content of IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-a, increase IL-4 content, decrease theexpression of COX-2mRNA, and significantly promote the expression ofHSP-70 protein in synovial tissues of acute gouty arthritis rats (P＜0.05,P＜0.01),thus restrain the occurrence of synovial tissue inflammation.

结果：(1)电针疏密波组能显著减轻踝关节肿胀度(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的抗炎消肿作用；(2)HE染色显示：电针疏密波组可使大鼠关节炎症细胞浸润明显减轻，滑膜细胞增生明显被抑制，肉芽组织增生明显减少；(3)电针密波组能提高实验性大鼠痛阈(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，降低外周疼痛介质K~+、DA、5-HT的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，表明电针有明显的镇痛作用；(4)在病变关节局部，电针能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，升高IL-4的含量(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，并降低关节滑膜内COX-2mRNA的表达(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，可促使急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜内HSP-70蛋白表达显著增加(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)，从而抑止滑膜组织炎症发生。

Results 5 cases of ependymocytoma, 3 cases of astrocytoma, 1 medulloblastoma hemangioblastoma in 10 cases of intra-medullary tumor; 36 cases of neurogenic tumor, 11 cases of spinal meningioma in 47 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor; 2 cases of neurogenic tumor strided over scleromeninx;2 cases of extradural metastatic tumor, 1 cestodiasis, 2 cases of epidural hematoma, which were mistaken for hemangioma before surgical operation and 1 vascular malformation in 4 cases of intraspinal nontumorous occupying lesion.

结果：10例髓内肿瘤中，室管膜瘤5例；星形细胞瘤3例；血管母细胞瘤1例；成神经管细胞瘤1例。47例脊髓外硬膜下肿瘤中，神经源性肿瘤36例；脊膜瘤11例。2例跨硬膜内外生长的神经源性肿瘤2例。硬膜外的转移瘤2例。4例椎管内非肿瘤性占位性病变中，椎管内绦虫病1例；硬膜外血肿2例，术前误为血管瘤；血管畸形1例。

Said invention utilizes the control of sulfonation extent of polystyrene sulfoacid membrane and distribution of sulfoacid group to implement modification or polystyrene sulfoacid membrane, on the primise of that the protein conductivity of the membrane is not affected, the permeability of the methyl alcohol in the membrane is reduced, and the alcohol-resistance of membrane material is raised.

通过控制聚苯乙烯磺酸膜的磺化程度和磺酸基团的分布状况来对聚苯乙烯磺酸膜进行改性，在不影响膜的质子传导性能的前提下，降低了甲醇在膜内的渗透率，提高了膜材料的阻醇性能。

A practical charged membrane which prepared from the blends of sulphonated polyphenylene sulfide/poly can be considered as a 3D lattices. The experimental conductivity was related with a 3D simulation and the result showed the membrane has a transition from insulator to conductor at the ratio of charged components SPPS about 0.144. Obviously, this value falls in the range of a theoretical simulation for a 3D lattices.

由於实际的荷电膜也可看作为三维格栅体系，因此，可用三维格栅体系程序对不同荷电分率膜的电导数据进行拟合，结果表明，对於实际的磺化聚苯硫醚／聚醚碸共混膜，当荷电组分SPPS的分率达到0.144时，共混膜即会从不良导体变为良导体，显然该值落在理论值0.1~0.2，因此，理论模拟结果与实际荷电膜传质的实验数据相吻合。

The factors of temperature and humidity influenced on film thickness and order of layer were studied, in which pulling speed and pulling times were also included. It showed that the thickness of single dip-coating film reached 0.23 μm ~ 0.625 μm, and the degree of order of surface layer were still holding much higher.b Adopting calcined or uncalcined mesoporous silica membrane as matrix, nano zirconia particles were assembled through ion exchange method and ion-template exchange method.

结果表明，单次提拉膜膜厚0.23μm～0.625μm、8次提拉后表层膜仍有一定的有序性； b以自制的介孔氧化硅煅烧/未煅烧厚膜样为基体，采用离子交换法/离子模板交换法组装锆氧纳米粒子，选用DSC-TG、FT-IR、Uv-vis、SAXRD等对不同组装方法、锆源浓度、pH值等组装条件下ZrO_2/介孔氧化硅厚膜组装效果进行评价。

葡萄膜炎兔房水中房水中〓及IL-2均升高，病变葡萄膜组织中T细胞表面分化抗原的免疫组化检查显示大量阳性细胞，表明兔葡萄膜组织本身存在着免疫功能亢进所导致的病理改变，而外周血中〓增高，导致〓平衡失调，介导炎症反应的〓亦明显增高，同时伴有红细胞免疫功能改变，外周血中RBC-〓受体花环率及血清中RBC-〓受体花环促进率均降低，显示葡萄膜炎兔本身既存在T细胞介导的细胞免疫反应功能紊乱，也存在红细胞免疫功能改变，这种局部和全身的免疫功能改变分析为葡萄膜炎的治疗局部和全身相结合提供了客观的理论依据。
